“Thanks to the lovely ladies—they were very friendly and cheerful. The shop owner was funny, and regular customers even get a £5 discount voucher”

“I’m very happy with my nails. Everyone was so friendly, and I was even offered tea, which made the whole experience really relaxing and comfortable. I’ll definitely recommend this place to my friends”

“Worst pedicure I’ve ever had\. I’ve honestly never been to a salon that starts a pedicure without removing the old shellac first\. That should be the first step. They used what looked like really cheap tools on my feet, but they barely removed any dry skin. My feet still feel rough and super dry, my cuticles are still there because they didnt touched them, and my nails were cut unevenly. I told them I needed my nails done for a wedding tomorrow and asked for a colour from their own colour chart that matched my shoes which was a fuxia Bordeaux and It took them about 10 minutes to work out which colour I meant, and then they ended up painting my nails bright red anyway which is not what I chose and that point I’d already been shown so many colours I didn’t want that I just gave up and said fine. The polish isn’t even applied properly and you can still see parts of my nail underneath and the colour doesn’t cover evenly. Combined with the messy cuticles, it just looks unfinished The whole pedicure was basically soaking my feet in water, a quick scrub, what looked like a cheap foot mask, and that’s it. I left with feet that still feel dry and look worse than when I walked in. I couldn’t go to my usual salon because I’ve been working all week and they had no availability today. That’s on me, but I really wish I’d waited. I would never go back and definitely wouldn’t recommend this place. Such a disappointment, especially when I explained it was for a wedding.”

Customer Review Summary
Reviewers most often return for the gel and design nail work, saying the technicians get the shape and colour exactly as asked, down to fine detailing, and one inspired by a blush shade was delighted with the match. Close behind is the welcome: several mention being offered tea or coffee, and a few add a hand massage at the end or a massage chair during pedicures. Regulars say staff learn their names and preferences, and one describes walk-in visits with no appointment and a short wait even when busy. Others mention loyalty points that take money off a visit. Those who bring a daughter for a first manicure describe patient, friendly staff. The complaints are fewer but specific. One reviewer says a pedicure began without removing the old shellac, left cuticles untouched and nails cut unevenly, and ended with bright red polish instead of the fuchsia Bordeaux chosen for a wedding the next day. Another says the manager was rude, though the other staff were friendly. Even so, the most repeated detail is the cup of tea on arrival.
