  “I'm absolutely devastated, not angry I'm just upset and disappointed. Me step daughter has prom tomorrow she got her nails done with you and they are absolutely awful. 35 pound for you to slice her fingers apart. She had to go back one to get them fixed and they still look absolutely disgusting! We are going to take her somewhere else to get them fixed! Please for anyone who cares about their kids or themselves do not come here!!!!”

  “Fabulous service - efficient, lovely work and will recreate designs on request. Be aware that it's primarily walk ins, so there is often a wait, especially on weekends. So take a book for the comfy waiting chairs!”

  “I had not been to this nail bar since they had moved from their original shop which was always a good place to get your nails done. So on walking past I noticed no one was in so thought I would pop in and get a new set as I was about to head into town. I wish I hadn't! It was possibly one of the worse sets of acrylics I have ever had done! A basic french could not be done. Told them after the service I wasn't happy and they made them look somehow even worse, while making me feel uncomfortable for saying so, so I just wanted out and gave them the money, which he basically snatched out of my hand! Then when I called up again to say I wasn't happy the guy I was speaking to told me he was too busy and put the phone down on me! Luckily another nail place in town managed to sort out the terrible paint job and wonky nails and make them look a million times better. Oh well lesson learned and I know not to ever go there again!”

  “​I went in for a treat before a night out with my husband on 19th April but it was a miserable experience. My mum has been going here every 2–3 weeks for years, yet the staff showed absolutely no respect to a loyal customer. ​The Consultation: They were unwelcoming and treated us like we were stupid. When I showed them a design, they muttered in another language and laughed. ​The Service: The technician rushed me throughout, the cousin was shaking the table scraping the nail polish off the table while the person trying to do the artwork, and then impatiently rushed me to just "pick a color and go." The end result i was not happy with at all. ​The Checkout: When I used my voucher, the group of them started whispering and laughing again. ​I felt completely intimidated. If you want anything more than a basic color, go somewhere else where they actually respect their customers.”

  “Got biab removal and a fresh set on friday and by Saturday night not only was the biab starting to chip away but my natural nails had been so over filed that they are now bending and 1 has completely snapped off. I’ve never had an issue with my natural nails snapping before until getting my nails done here. I rang up the following Monday morning when they where next open and was told to come to the shop to speak to the manager when I showed up she wasn’t there so after a member of staff looked at my nails he put me on the phone and the behaviour from said manager was appalling! I explained I didn’t have social media to message for a refund and I wasn’t happy with the condition of my nails explaining how they are now weak and snapping and I was told that it’s my issue not hers and that she ‘doesn’t do refunds, read the policy’. After explaining I’ve read the policy (the picture I’ve attached) it states that refunds are offered through bank transfer, I also explained my issue wasn’t with the biab chipping so quickly as that can be fixed I wouldn’t ask for a refund but the fact that my natural nails have now been damaged by the shop after paying £40 and I wasn’t happy for them to be filled down further to ‘fix the issue’ she then decided to get personal and insinuating that I’m a bad mother for having my child with me and continuing to make horrible comments which made me visibly upset to which she replied ‘what’s with all the tears there’s no need’ even though I explained I didn’t really have the time nor the childcare to come to the shop but the member of staff I spoke to on the phone said I should come soon as possible to process the refund. It was all handled extremely unprofessionally and the behaviour from the manger was rude and unacceptable. Unless you’re happy with your nails being damaged and complaints not being heard but rather staff throwing insults at you I would 1000% not recommend this nail salon.”

  “Been getting my builder gell done here for years now and I'm always impressed with how well it lasts. Hardly ever get lifting or chips and I'm definitely not careful with them. I'm opening cans, doing the washing up with out gloves, changing barrels and opening bags of change. I always get some kind of nail art however weird the request everyone is willing to give it a go. I've had some fantastic nails from here but always forget to take pictures 😞 It can get really busy but everyone works hard to get you seen as quickly as possible. I try and go early on a week day and usually get seen straight away. Would and have recommended to friends”
