The owner is such a lovely person too — always welcoming, remembers his customers, and makes you feel valued every time you go in. It’s become one of our favourite places for a takeaway. “Today I ordered food from Takeaway, and honestly, it was the worst experience of my life. First, the food had no taste at all, and second, the Peshwari naan—which costs around £4 for one large naan—was unbelievably sweet. It had so much sugar in it that after just one bite, I felt sick. I’m completely disgusted by it. I mean, who even puts that much sugar in naan? I don’t understand.”
