  “Honestly can’t not describe the extraordinary joy I received from my food when I received my food I jumped with joy and lifted of the floor 10 feet I felt like rainbows and jelly tots of how much I enjoyed everything about this kfc the atmosphere was booming I’ve never felt so extraordinarily proud and happy in my life this one guy Brandon made me smile so much he’s such a happy and kind, genuine guy he served my food with grace”

  “Every surface in this ‘restaurant’ was filthy. The food was obviously thrown together - the burger was in separate parts in its box, the sauce/mayo had separated out. There was no salt and I had to ask for napkins (none left out), which prompted them giving me two tiny semi-napkins. Whoever owns the franchise has long given up on caring. Never again.”

  “I want to give a massive thank you to Julie at KFC Litherland for the outstanding customer service she showed me. I had an issue where my food order was stolen, and I was left frustrated and unsure of what to do. Julie stepped in straight away and handled everything calmly, professionally, and with real care. She didn’t just treat it like another complaint she genuinely listened, reassured me, and made sure the situation was put right without any stress on my side. What stood out most was how respectful, kind, and attentive she was throughout the whole interaction. She made me feel valued as a customer and didn’t rush the conversation at any point. You can tell she really takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about people’s wellbeing while they’re in store. It’s rare these days to come across customer service like that. Julie went above and beyond what I expected, and she turned a really frustrating situation into a positive experience. She’s a real credit to the team at KFC Litherland. Thank you again, Julie your kindness and professionalism didn’t go unnoticed.”

  “Food was quickly made and was very fresh. The staff was very Lovely and the atmosphere was very clean which made the environment very nice. Only problem u have the occasional teen hang hanin around that areamessing spend and it doesn't feel as safe as it should.”

  “First visit at this business. Very slippery floor everywhere, definitely not suitable for people with crutches… PLEASE don’t even try. Food was HOT! Service was quick, within 5 minutes. The cashier didn’t know the name of the Pepsi, and the food, called everything as a ‘thingy’. The seating area is ICE COLD! No heating on… As I can see the reviews all of them 1-2 stars. And they still operate?! Just by the Litherland Tesco. Drive through and eat in.”

  “Food is fine when the order is right and they actually have it in. Ask for boneless and get drums and wings thrown in, and they often forget to put gravy in when you ask for it purposely as a side. You can get a medium sized van through comfortably but the drive-through is clearly not wide enough for some drivers looking at the walls and barriers, so if in doubt of your driving ability, then the carpark is huge. Please park there and save the repair costs. There needs to be slightly higher barriers on the dual carriage way side, so when HGVs go by, you can still hear and give your order. Despite its flaws, I like it being local and practical.”
