Customer Review Summary
Persian kebabs draw the most consistent praise, with reviewers repeatedly calling out chicken and shish kebabs, lamb chops, and one standout mention of the kalle pache as exceptional. Close behind, the Turkish breakfast gets singled out for its huge portions and value, and shisha comes up again and again as a strong draw alongside games like backgammon and poker and the chance to watch football. Several describe the space as family-run, with the owner personally welcoming guests and staff described as friendly and helpful. Sides like borani bademjoon and marinated olives and the lobia polo also earn specific praise. One reviewer offers a clear exception to the pattern, finding the kabab koobideh tough with an overpowering turmeric flavour and comparing it to home cooking rather than restaurant standard. The recurring detail reviewers return to is the family atmosphere, with the owner checking in personally and staff explaining the menu to newcomers.
