Customer Review Summary
The complaints are fewer but specific. Two reviewers describe the owner or manager speaking abusively to young female staff at the till, in one case in front of customers, and one links this to a drop in service. Another describes chaotic service and being refused card payment, sent instead to a cash machine. Even those critics say the pizza itself was good or fine, and one reviewer points to the friendly, welcoming staff and the care put into the food.

“I had a really great experience at Luciano’s Takeaway Italiano. The pizza was absolutely fantastic — fresh, delicious and definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve had. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the management was excellent as well. You can really see the care and passion they put into the food and the whole experience. Definitely one of the best places around. Highly recommended — I’ll definitely be coming back! 🍕🔥”

“The pizzas are really good but the service is chaos and refusing to take card payment/making you go to the ATM just so they can dodge tax is crazy in 2026. Listening to the guy who is presumably the boss talk insulting to the young girls on the till is an awful atmosphere to walk into as well, don't think I'll be going back.”
