Diners most often return for the food itself, describing it as delicious and full of flavour, with generous portions for the price. One reviewer singles out the honey chicken. Close behind is the staff, described as lovely and willing to go above and beyond to accommodate individual tastes on an extensive menu. Several also praise the lunchtime and pre-theatre offers as good value. One family found the carry out great but says eating in is next level. “Got a takeaway as always love their food. But this time the lamb was recycled from another plate it seemed. It was dry at bits and other parts perfectly cooked. And lamb is a meat cut that always cooks evenly. Sauce was same as usual nice taste. I feel deeply that I won’t be returning now. Sorry to be blunt but these sort of tricks are dishonest.”
