  “Order grom here regulary but past few have been a let down. Last order i recived the wrong meat in one of our curries. But tonights order was terrible actually inedible. The pizza was freezing, base hard with barely any topping. The veg pakora if you could call it that was a box of small burnt scraps... Disappointed really.”

  “Keep getting order wrong ,l, missing items, wrong meals sent, the past few weeks have been dreadful. Tonight’s meal again got the wrong meals sent they exchanged it but the masala sauce was so watery I could have drunk it through a straw. Will not be using again!!!’”

  “Ordered from this place for years and I do like there food but recently the customer service is poor. You place an order for pizza deal then get told it's an issue because it's stuffed crust. (Iv ordered it every time). Then removed it from the menu so it can't be ordered. Or you place an order it's accepted, money has been taken. 2hrs later I call to be told we don't deliver there any more. Not to mention a few times the pizza was delivered cold must have been driving around town with it as the boxes were soggy. From a place I liked to a place I'll never order from again.”

  “Been using this takeaway for a few years never had a problem until recently,firstly the guy who now takes orders over the phone is a joke,he needs a course in customer care due to his attitude,we had ordered a set meal previously and when delivered it was inedible due to sauce spilling all over the inside of the bag,it was returned and the replacement order was wrong,when we phoned to make them aware the order was wrong the lady who spoke to my partner said our next order would be free as way of an apology,we phoned for an order tonight,again my partner had to put up with attitude from the person answering the phone,the order was placed at 505pm,at 6pm we still hadnt received it so we called to find out where it was only to be told the delivery driver was not in the shop he was out delivering,it finally arrived at 625pm and it was cold and wrong,ld have thought that sending an order as an apology they wouldve made an effort to get it right and send it hot,but obviously not”

  “Popped in after my kids football training about 8.20pm for something quick ordered a large kebab and small chips honestly waited about 15min while the 2 workers were trying to sort out a delivery I was the only customer in the shop and was charged £12.80 which i thought was expensive asked for sauce and salad on the kebab got home opened it up no sauce on it I got 2 pakora sauces and the donner meat didn't look great with a swimming pool of grease coming from it and a funky smell I ate my chips and didn't touch the kebab very very disappointed”

  “Love your food but it is often cold by time it arrives .. bought a pizza & a Grill box tonight and this was the coldest they have ever been .. had to reheat in the oven, which then affects the flavour of the food .. would be much better if delivery drivers had the insulation bags to keep food warm !”
