  “Been ordering from here for at least 20 odd years and regular and it was our family favourite kabab shop but recently i feel its went down hill. Last 6 months or so the food has been smaller potions. tight on the cheese on the chips and cheese even when u pay for extra cheese. I've ordered a few two for Tuesday pizza which is an amazing deal but recently they have got the pizza toppings wrong. Tonight I ordered two for tue pizza and my usual two tubs of coleslaw (btw there coleslaw is banging usually) but tonight it was watered down into two tubs tonight not thick and creamy. So disappointed knowing I'm a regular customer u would think they wud try and keep me happy. Also 20 quid order ur meant to get 2 free popadoms and spicy onions not had them in months but my son ordered from his new account and got them. Please do better shaz palace”

  “I do not recommend this ever. It must’ve changed in the past few years because the food I had made what came out of my body the most vicious fluids I’ve ever had fly out of my body and into the loo in my life. All I had was chicken pakora. The onion bhaji that my friend had looked like it was mixed with a hairbrush because there was a long hairs mixed throughout it. It was a very big downer to what was a good night. Also, I wasn’t drinking so it was definitely the food from this place, sadly.”

  “So disappointed ☹️. Didn’t take my order down properly so my kid didn’t get his food. Safe to say he was upset. My food was cold and the pitta tasted stale. Usually love shah but this was a poor experience unfortunately.”

  “Went a drive from Airdrie with the kids and ended up here. The half and half spicy chicken/cheese and onion pizza was outstanding. The thing crust was ideal. Good work team.”

  “I asked for Donner kebab with salad , delivered with no salad Also asked for chicken barbecue kebab no salad , it was Tikka not barbecue, it's literally burning the mouth off me and when I called back 5 mins later I get called a liar and the phone was hung up on me.. he repeated my order back to me on the phone then delivered the pitta bread and Donner meat correctly !! Won't be back terrible customer service at £20, 👎 👎 👎 👎 👎”

  “Didn’t get any food but had to run in to get a bottle of water to run for the train station just up from the takeaway. They only accept cash whilst I was paying card. The guys automatically offered me a bottle for free and were lovely about it. Really helped me out! Nice bunch!”

  “After last using this place 2 years ago and being left dissatisfied after calling up to let them know our food delivery was wrong (was told basically, 'tough'), I decided to try again on Friday night as I know this place has largely good reviews. Bad decision. I ordered a shish kebab, which should be chunks of lamb. What I got was chunks of some sort of minced offal, mixed with gritty bits. No salad or bread offered with it. Not asked if I wanted salt/vinegar for the chips I'd ordered. When I asked about the salad, I was told that it would cost extra. I left, feeling uncomfortable, as the staff were far too busy chatting to two regulars to be bothered with me. Once outside, I tried a bit of the meat. Immediately spat it out and decided to donate the rest of the 'food' to the seagulls. Based on trying to fix an issue directly last time, coupled with the fact that customer service only applies to the locals, I didn't bother going back in to ask for a refund. Awful food, worse customer service. I went to Shah's across the road and they were brilliant. Avoid Shah's Palace, I wouldn't feed their food to my dogs (but hopefully the seagulls enjoyed it).”
