  “Portion sizes are insane. You get chips or rice with your food as well. Was £9 for the spicy crispy shredded chicken and it was loaded with so much chicken plus the fact it comes with a full portion of chips as well is crazy good value compared to a lot of places these days. Definitely will be making the trip out again”

  “Ordered tonight as we usally do,was sent out the 2 boxes of chips rice and sauce both portions of chips were uncooked got another sent out and was worse than the first phoned up again and the guy who answwred couldnt be more unbothered, i did say i didnt want another replacement and never even got an appology, wkll not be ordereing again”

  “Ordered online for collection and sent my husband to collect it. There was a mix up with collection details….these things happen. The food was nice enough and it was made on time. The only complaint I would have is about the customer service. It’s really not wise to slag your customer off when they are still in the shop. I understand you are busy but there’s no excuse for rudeness.”

  “Take away order was wrong, girl on counter took order correctly but kitchen sent it out with missing portions, only discovered this when I got home. I phoned and had to return for missing items. After finally getting to the food it was really disappointing with tough chicken and tasteless runny sweet n sour sauce. Unfortunately I will no longer consider buying from Rice Paper.”

  “Ordered a meal and waited 2 hours for it to come 3 miles the food was cold the warmest thing was a can of coke it was like warm the meal was covered in chopped garlic very overpowering so if you want a meal from rice paper be prepared for a 2 hour wait it will be the last order I will be making just go somewhere else”

  “Ordered a chicken fried rice. Came well within the delivery time. Open the tub and all I had was fried rice and chicken. No peas, ham or even egg. Called the shop and was told this is how they do it. I have been a customer for 10 years and never had a chicken fried rice like this before from the Rice Paper. Owner was very adamant that I was wrong. Standards have slipped since they installed Foodhub. Unfortunately I wont be ordering from here again, which is such a shame.”

  “I recently ordered from this Chinese takeaway and I was blown away by the quality of the food! The dishes were all delicious and flavorful, with generous portions. The staff were friendly and the service was quick and efficient. The prices were also very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend this Chinese takeaway to anyone looking for great food and excellent service!”
