  “Don’t order from here food is stone cold and they try to deny it. If they was actually more helpful and refund the frozen food then might of gave em another chance but after them trying to deny it I won’t bother. And to your reply I don’t know what piping hot means to you but what I received wasn’t that more temperature in the food straight from my fridge it’s not false rumours it’s the truth learn how to cook because I can tell you now that food wasn’t hot so don’t reply saying I’m lying just because you’re feelings are hurt funniest thing is I’m not the only one that has left a review saying you’re food is cold”

  “We ordered about 18.30 it gave a time of 55-minutes to delivery it took until 20.35 to arrive i phone up twice all got told we are now sending it out the guy on the just kept saying we sorry for the delayed all they sent for apology was to cansof Pepsi taken the we shell not be ordering from there any more .”

  “AVOID!! Really deteriorated over the last few months. They don’t care about their customers, they’re rude, unprofessional, they lie and pretend the food is on its way when it hasn’t even been cooked. Go next door instead, much better service and food.”

  “Always use this but collect rather than have delivery. Nearly always hot, fresh, well packaged and thoroughly enjoyable. Odd occasions when items missing but understandable as always busy. Telephone ordering is okay, if a little rushed, as I always mishear the price. My fault not theirs. Friendly staff and reasonable prices compared to other local takeaways. Great place, would miss it if it closed.”

  “We ordered yesterday for delivery 7pm today they had 26hours to process our order i understand its Xmas eve and they are busy but our food finally turned up at 9pm 2 hours late but you would think as we ordered the day before ours would be prioritised but no we rang them several times just to be told its on it way. Be there soon so lying everytime customer service has been shocking. Just saying we are busy and your order is on its way, also were told they prioritised the big orders pushing ours back sooo wrong Thing is we love this Chinese and always order from here never had any issue and the foods always good but this experience has ruined it for us We will not be ordering from here again”

  “We have been using this Chinese for years but they have been taken over and now.. The people answering the phone are absolutely useless... Over charge, get orders wrong, deliver without all your order... And the foods not even great anymore... Definitely won't be using again!! Charged us £48 which should have been £43 for the first picture, then charged us again for the prawn balls which they had missed off the 1st order... 😡🤬 NEVER AGAIN...”

  “RUDE RECEPTIONIST we ordered our food got the food delivered. Half an hour later the reception calls and says we are not answering our phone for the delivery person. We was confused as we already had a delivery guy come and deliver our food. She proceed to not listen on the phone, we are telling her it’s not our food as we have already had and ate our food. She proceed to tell us not to order twice again and hangs up. Being so confused I called her back as it was my partner who spoke to her first, and asked what the matter was. She explained that we ordered twice but to a different address. I told her again we didn’t order twice. We ordered once and we had our food and already ate it. She wouldn’t let me speak on the phone, she was reading an order out that wasn’t even ours in the first place. And proceed to hang up on me when telling her she was completely wrong. What she had done was a gentleman had ordered but she put the wrong phone number down and put my phone number for his order, so when the delivery person has gone to this man’s house the delivery person is ringing my phone number and not his, but at a completely different address to mine. The woman still can’t admit she is wrong. Customer service was dreadful, get a new receptionist who actually knows how to do her job properly and to admit when she messed up the phone number on the order before ringing my phone and accusing me of doing something I had no clue about!!”

  “Personally I’m unsure why there is so many bad reviews? We always order from here and never had any issues, food is always piping hot on arrival, and cooked perfectly, some Chinese's can be really greasy but this never is! Always gets delivered really quickly, never had to wait any longer than 30-40 mins for our food what we find crazy! And portions sizes are always good too, even the prices, we order on just eat and for the two of us with a few different dishes, always under £30! No complaints from us , our favourite Chinese!”
