“Having tried a lot of the Chinese restaurants in Ipswich I wish I had gone here sooner for a take away. All of the food was well cooked and very tasty. The best I've had in Suffolk.”

“I understand it’s Christmas Eve and that places are busy, but that’s not an excuse for zero communication. We waited around 4 hours just to be given a collection time, then another hour waiting in the shop. Not a single apology, update, or acknowledgment from staff. If you’re overwhelmed, communicate that and show basic courtesy to customers. Completely unacceptable service.”

“Tried a few Chinese takeaways locally and this is the best one by far! Amazing food, great portions and lovely friendly staff. I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes from call to collection.”

“Had Singapore fried rice and salt and pepper chicken wings for dinner. Delicious. The portion of wings was very generous. 6 large pieces.”

“Lovely lady checked and double-checked my dietary requirements (gluten free). Good choice on menu. Takeaway but with a few seats inside. Impressive Jade plants in window. Clean looking. Very helpful and friendly. Had no problem getting parking on street outside.”

“Usually you can't fault a Chinese takeaway from here. But tonight we ordered about £40 worth of food. 1 of the chicken chow meins had multiple piece of plastic in it. The other chow mein my daughter had she said didn't taste right. Chicken curry, well I'd like to know where the chicken was it was all just fatty grissly "chicken" The person who answered the phone took my order and hung up, she didn't ask for a name like they usually do and didn't tell me a time either. When we got there the queue was awful I've never seen it so long. It was out the shop.and down the ramp. The person who was working at the front desk was then mixing orders up because she never took names so we had to relay our order which was taking a long time also. She was more worried about answering the phone taking more orders than serving those who has already ordered and have come to pick up their food. We usually really enjoy a Chinese from here and don't actually get a Chinese from anywhere else ever but we won't be coming back. Sorry but you've lost a loyal customer.”

“Always a happy reception. Helpful advice on selecting dishes. Really lovely food every time. Cash only. We choose this take away over others in our area one of which is closer to home but irs worth the extra 5 minute walk. And they'll put your meal in 2 bags to keep warm if you ask.”
