  “Having received the wrong food item (sent chicken chow mein instead of plain for a Vegetarian) placed over their website/AllEats, which was infuriating. I phoned to complain stating what they'd done and now after an already long wait the Vegetarian was without food, the lady was quick to apologise and promised to send the correct item immediately. To be fair to them hence leaving positive feedback, they kept their promise and plain chow mein arrived in less than 10 minutes delivered. So credit where credit is due. It was bad sending a Meat dish to a Vegetarian but they redeemed themselves honourably..”

  “Absolute scam! I ordered on uber eats, after it was an hour past the latest delivery time I called up and they said it would be another hour. I called 30 mins later and was told another hour from then. They said they would cancel and the girl on the phone said I would get a refund. However I haven’t been refunded and they’ve kept the £125.”

  “Waited 1.30 to be told it's on its way 30 minutes later still nothing then told its been delivered then told they dont know where it is. Poor girl on reception is unfortunately clueless probably had no training. Not even a sorry.”

  “The food is so good although it's a bit expensive but in my opinion you get what you pay for. I have been eating this as my go to Saturday night treat. They have a really amazing amount of options from meat, fish, vegetarian and vegan. I have been eating from this establishment for many years now and I haven't been disappointed yet! If you are looking for a local Chinese takeaway then go here!”

  “I've recently started getting my food from here absolutely lovely polite staff good food highly recommended and will ensure that if you have any Intolerances , I wanted chips with my order explaining I'm lactose intolerant they made sure they were cooked in fresh separate oil thankyou”

  “Duck is nice but the mixed hors d'oeuvres were a complete rip off . For two you get 4 prices of prawn toast, 4 tiny spring rolls, 2 ribs and seaweed for £16!!”

  “Takeaway meals only, quality varies depending on whether they are busy, quieter times better food. They will often deliver earlier than BigFoody app says. There is a comment box which you can say happy to have sooner, if possible. Satay and pork dishes are the best , in our experience.”

  “Ordered through Uber eats on 30/03/24 x2 chicken dishes missing. Rang to complaint directly to this takeaway they assured me Uber eats would sort this. They won’t refund for the 2 dishes!! Don’t use!!”

  “The girl on the phone couldn’t be bothered to ask if they can make a tofo/bean curd curry. So they lost on a £35 order. I went to another takeaway that didn’t have it on the menu and they were happy to make it as they already had tofu dishes.”

  “Just ordered chicken curry egg fried rice house chow mein was absolutely disgusting the chow mein had something in it that looks like a clear sea weed texture am taking all what I have left and I mean all cos hardly touched it to the department that deals with hygiene ratings . What I ordered and received was diobolical the place needs closing down or burning down!!! Will never go there again hope you get closed down you nasty slovenly people”
