Customer Review Summary
Spicy Singapore rice noodles are the dish reviewers raise most, with one calling the portion huge and another pairing them with the Nasi Goreng among the Malaysian and Thai dishes. Close behind are the house special noodles, described as old school Cantonese with big prawns, pork, beef and chicken, followed by quarter duck with pancakes, king prawn Hong Kong style and sweet and sour prawns. Several praise friendly owners, food arriving hot and quick service. The complaints are serious and recur. One reviewer was told delivery had no driver, then that the food had not been cooked, and asked for a refund. Another waited on Christmas Eve while being told the food was nearly ready, only to learn the ticket had never been printed. Others report sweet and sour balls with a sauce more sour than sweet, salty chow mein, hard prawn crackers, a Tom Yum that tasted nothing like the real thing, and a phone number that did not work. One happy diner received a bag of prawn crackers and a fortune cookie for their daughter.

“This is my favourite Chinese in Ipswich. The quality is really good and cooked well, unlike some others in the area. There are lots of different dishes to try. I always like to try something different. I look forward to my next call. The staff are always friendly and helpful. I can pay with card; that's important to me.”

“Unfortunately cant give this place 0 starts otherwise i would, placed an order through their website for delivery, stated delivery time would be 6:20 at 6:30 they rang and said it would be another 30 minutes as didn't have a driver, so i said i would collect they the lady on the fone said that food wasn't ready meaning it hasn't been cooked and could i wait for delivery. I asked for a refund but i doubt ill see that from them. Id advise people not to use this take away and use somewhere else.”

“Would love to give 0 stars but can't. Made an order to be collected at 7.45. There was 8 people waiting for their food, gave it a chance as it was Christmas eve. Waited for 2 hours, in that time I was told the food is being cooked now and should be ready within the next 10 mins. At 9.45 I was told the ticket was not even printed, so not only was I lied too, I am now hungry and infuriated.”

“This was the worse Asia food I have ever had will never go back! Tom Yum soups tested nothing like Yom Yum. Sweet and sour chicken and Thai green curry was terrible. Will never go back. I tried to cal them and phone number on there website and google did not work.”
