  “I had a very disappointing experience with Zara Grill on two separate occasions. The first time I purchased cauliflower curry I found several small stones in the curry. Yesterday I bought chickpea curry from them but it tasted old and had a really unpleasant smell. I asked my friend to return the curry to the restaurant. Although they accepted it back, they did not even apologise or offer a refund, compensation, or a replacement. Their complete lack of concern for the customer was extremely disappointing. Furthermore, the staff working at the till have very poor customer service skills and do not seem to know how to treat customers properly. When customers have a genuine complaint about food quality, the least they should expect is a sincere apology and a professional response. Based on my experiences, I am extremely disappointed with both the food quality and the customer service at Zara Grill. I hope the management takes these complaints seriously and improves both food hygiene and customer service.”

  “My order was simple but took really long to come and I got laughed at by a worker when I messed up what i wanted and i felt very unhappy about it. When I got home a few minutes later, my food was a bit cold and i ended up getting food poisoning after eating it. Note: I had to spend 2 full days in the hospital”

  “Very disappointing experience. We ordered Haleem and it tasted very old and not fresh at all. It was really unpleasant. The chicken seekh kebab was just okay, nothing special. Overall, the food quality is poor and definitely not worth the price. It’s quite expensive for what you get. I would not recommend this restaurant. Please check prices carefully before ordering.”

  “There are many options for Desi cuisine, but only a few offer genuine Pakistani flavors. This location is unquestionably the epitome of true Pakistani cuisine. Additionally, the personnel is outstanding. Without a doubt, I've made some new friends. Everyone is incredible, including Mr. Sajjad, Hasnain, Hasan, Usama, and Khan ji. Additionally, Mr. Amir, their head chef, goes above and above to ensure that the patrons are satisfied. The omelette and parattha he makes for me immediately brings back memories of my grandmother's breakfast. I sincerely appreciate all of the wonderful people at Zohra's Grill.”

  “I do not believe all these 5 stars reviews they must be fake, this place should be closed down, the food is disgusting and uneatable, went in there on Saturday and I was the only one (should have listened to ringing bells) the staff do not understand english and they keep asking you what you ordered, I was asked may be 5 or 6 times what was my order!!! Chicken was hard and burnt, it did not look fresh, no sause was offered, salad had no dressing, and no salt/pepper was available, had to ask for utensils I think they were expecting me to eat with my hands. To cut long story short, food ended up in bin and I was praying not to get food poisoning.”

  “Freshly made, not oily or too spicy, rich flavours and generous portions for a reasonable price. Family and guests loved the authentic tasting starters, main course and dessert. Friendly staff made arrangements to cater to our requests at short notice. Highly recommended for get togethers and party orders.”
