  “I never usually leave reviews, but since we paid £130 for four people (standard fee plus bottomless drink), I felt that people should know what they are getting for that price. So here is an honest review, with photos attached for evidence. Firstly upon arrival at the top of the escalator there was rubbish waiting to greet us, which was a very fitting start. When we walked into the lobby, the welcome was not very warm - instead of a nice greeting, the man just asked very abruptly whether we had a reservation. Mind you, it wasn’t busy at all, so he had time to greet us properly. Then we go in to the actual restaurant and as we walk past the drinks area there is an unpleasant smell, which already put me off my food. Not too stinky, but just unfresh and unappetising. We sit at the table. The tables are worn and sticky, the chairs are all odd. Above the tables there are signs and decorations which were all very dusty and obviously not cleaned in years. This was most noticeable for me; the lack of proper cleanliness. Decorations dusty, the glass appliances streaky, sauce bottles have dried up sauce around them, all the signs and posters are gross, the walls are nasty - a real lack of proper cleaning. The chocolate fountain was broken, which was a shame, but one of them had some nasty, murky, yellowish, pus coloured water in it - again, that had just been left there, and which put me off my food. There were also boxes from deliveries just lying around the tables - not a good look. To be honest, as soon as I smelled that musty smell I checked the food hygiene rating [it is a 5 as of April 2026 somehow] Onto the actual food, there was a huge selection, which was much larger than the wood green branch. The food was okay, some things were quite nice but most was bland. I tried a few things, the chinese being my personal preference. I was exited for the sushi, however it was warm which put me off again. The desert section is also not that interesting at all, and unappealing. The drinks selection is weird but it does the job. Usually I eat a lot more at buffets, but the cleanliness aspect ruined it for me. The toilets were also a disappointment. First of all there is no signage so they were difficult to find. When I first turned into them, I immediately noticed that the floors were sticky - ew. The actual cubicle? Dirty. Bin? Nasty. In my opinion, they could use a refurbishment. The mirror was cracked, the soap dispensers had build up around them, we didn’t want to use the hand dryer because it looked dirty. The staff were generally polite, although we had to put dirty plates on other tables because the waiters were not very efficient. The music was soulless, but that is not too important. Overall, the whole experience was not worth nearly as much as they charge, the only good aspect is the wide range of global foods, which, if it’s all you’re after, is okay. If you’re looking for a nice experience all round, go elsewhere.”

  “Seemed fine. Understand, but not keen on the time limit to vacate table, especially when they are not busy, off peak. Most food was of a decent standard. There were a few sections where you were served, a long wait.... There were some flies hovering the dessert section. With proof , if you're celebrating your birthday you don't pay, not widely advertised.”

  “Planned a birthday meal with my family . It was very quiet when we arrived and not so busy which is a good thing so no waiting around . the first thing that I did notice was the smell .. it was obviously the pork and it was really strong .. it put me off my food completely . I only managed to eat the Indian cuisine as i couldn’t even pass that section the food wasn’t bad nor was it delicious. Really really disappointed at the dessert selection it was absolutely filthy and hardly anything there .. then cakes were so dry .. I would not go back !!”
