  “The service is outstanding. Orders are taken by staff very quickly and food is cooked fresh and to perfection. The garlic and chilli sauces are great and complement the doner well. There are loads of meal options available for a great price.”

  “Ahmed calls himself a manager, just ordered food on uber eats gave clear instructions to put salad seperate they chuck loads of salad in box with no extra meat i paid for extra. This Ahmed person calls himself a manager says he trying to help by giving me doner next time. I dont need it next time Ahmed your store messed it up. He was quite aggressive on phone. Avoid this place they take your money and dont bother. Ahmed you need training you aint no manager your rude. Owner needs to have words with him and staff. I will be going in and personally having a word with owner.. disgrace of a service be aware customers.. this is happened quite a few times to me this time I raised it with store but was greeted with a rude manager wow.”

  “Went here for iftar today and the food was great! Had smash burgers and wings. Great price, clean, nice interior upstairs, think there was a prayer space there as well and clean toilets. Also didn’t have to wait long for food which was great, thank you!”

  “I visited the Ilford branch of this restaurant today after seeing a famous influencer’s review, but unfortunately, my experience was really disappointing. First of all, there wasn’t even a proper menu to look at – we had to just stand there and look up at the board while deciding what to order. The staff member serving us was visibly impatient and seemed annoyed that we were taking our time, which made us feel rushed and uncomfortable. We were also disappointed to find out that their doner meat is a mix of beef and lamb, with no option for lamb only – something that wasn’t made clear anywhere. We expected proper lamb doner. We ended up ordering the “super deal,” which comes with meat and chicken doner, but since we didn’t want the mixed meat, we only took the chicken. Even then, the portion was very small and definitely not worth the price. Despite choosing to dine in, they served everything cramped together in a takeaway box instead of nicely presented on a tray or plate like shown in the pictures online. The rice tasted bland, the chips were soggy, and the meal felt carelessly thrown together. The food looked nothing like the pictures, and the service made the experience worse. Overall, it was a big letdown and we didn’t even feel comfortable complaining because the staff member already seemed so annoyed. Wouldn’t recommend this branch at all, especially if you’re expecting good service, proper portions, and food that looks and tastes as advertised.”

  “Very impressed with their food and portions. I ordered the mixed doner with chips. Their salad was nice and fresh. The meat and chicken was flavoursome and the portion size was very generous. The triple cheese burger was also really nice and great size. Highly recommend.”

  “Nice big portions, tasty food and arrived quick. All food was fresh and hot and the desserts are amazing. They have the best Trilece cake! I requested my order to be slightly modified and they were more than happy to oblige. We order from here regularly and have not been disappointed. Thank you!”

  “Beautiful decor, friendly service, I tried the empire burger just so I could taste the doner too! The meat was lovely and lean, family enjoyed the doner also tried cheese burgers which were very similar to McDonald’s taste! Staff explained the history of the Ottoman Empire which was very interesting. I pray for their success and recommend you try their doner the taste was amazing!”

  “Nicer then I was anticipating! Had the lamb Donner with bread, the bread was perfect and authentic Turkish bread. Really soft one side and crispy base on the other. Only downside was they're currently cash only but have said they're waiting for their card machine so 🤞 EDIT: After 5 months and still no card machine, I don’t think it’s coming! Poor show to not have a card option in this day and age!”
