“I couldn’t give less than one star. I visited the shop today and asked for a product and a short dark complexion man told me that he has 10 different types of same products. I then politely asked that show me or point me where they are so I can select the product. He replied arrogantly that he does not have time for all that. Either I should tell him which one I want out of 10 different types or leave. I then challenged him that a shopkeeper should show the customers. He then said that I should’t teach him his jobs. Pathetic behaviour. I told him that you cannot get too far in life with this behaviour. Management should pay attention or lose all business. I will never be visiting the shop again.”

“Unfortunately, I wasn’t happy with the service There was no signage anywhere stating there was a 45\-minute time limit to stay so we had no idea our visit was restricted\. Being told we had to leave came as a surprise and was disappointing\. We were also asked to leave a Google review before we’d even finished our visit, which felt inappropriate\. Better communication and clearer signage would have made for a much better customer experience\.”

“Annad pan centre use to be very good but unfortunately they start hiring cheap staff and now the students staf are thief’s he took £ 20 not from me and he said I gave hime £10 not .i said okay show me video recording he replies videos recording is not working. This happened was 18/05/2026 Monday at 15:10 approximately. So be aware guys.”
