  “I will be raising a complaint with Redbridge councils environmental health team. These guys are absolutely unhygienic, the clothes that they wear absolutely filthy. They never washed their clothes, or so called uniform. They don’t wear hair protectors while serving food and most importantly, they handle salad with their bare hand when serving with the Donner meals. I mean guys come on, this is why you have utensils so you don’t have to touch the food with your bare hands is disgusting. Absolutely appalling.”

  “Always ordered from this place, however, the one time I tried to call to make an order on 18/09/2026 at 2.30pm, a rude man answered the phone, called me his sister and then ended it for no reason? Ended up not ordering anything and won’t be ordering anything from there again because of the rude personnel that works there. If they will be working in customer service then they need a minimum level of basic spoken English at the very least, in my opinion.”

  “Ordered a large lamb doner, chips and a drink and this might aswell be an extra small, half of my box is empty with barely any meat in it. Nowhere near worth the £7.50, wouldn’t even pay £4 for it. Don’t bother if your hungry this wouldn’t feed a small child.”

  “I recently visited this restaurant and had a very enjoyable experience. The food was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I especially enjoyed the grilled grill chicken which was cooked perfectly and served with delicious sides.”

  “Spice Hut on Green Lane has always been a solid choice. The staff are friendly and quick to help, and the food is consistently tasty. The only thing I would ask is a bit more attention to keeping the place cleaner.”

  “I recently visited Pakistani kebab Center “Spicy hut” Wings were not that crispy from out side and nor juicy inside. Portion was good enough. Chicken wraps were another story altogether with no veggies inside and layer was very thick. Grilled wings are not cooked properly. If ur a fan of flavourful, expertly prepared wings and wraps this is not the right place I say !!”

  “Waited over 20 mins for my food, came home to find food is cold, burger is broken into pieces, looked like a strips burger, chips tasted half cooked. Also bought few other meals where the doner was cold and tasted like it wasn't cooked properly. Even my food was short by 6 wings which I asked for extra. I've eaten in this place before, never had it this bad. I'm just hoping I don't get food poisoning at this rate”

  “Great to have one close by! Don't need to go all the way to Mile End or Burdette anymore. Nothing magical but good consistent food that is similar to the other branches so you know what your getting. Service is good and staff are friendly. Be aware that here extra hot is actually extra hot so order with caution.”
