  “Nandos is a consistent classic, you're always getting some damn good chicken solidly seasoned and sauced up. Went here after a movie. Everyone was getting their food in like 5 minutes. There was a couple delays with mine, took around 25 which is honestly still pretty reasonable. Still though they saw it as below their standard so they gave us desserts on the house. To me being willing to defend your standards and stop them from falling even when the point they'd fallen to would be pretty reasonable? That's the best kind of integrity service staff can have. Endless respect and dear thanks to everyone here, if you're in the area, maybe just watched a movie like I had and you're looking for some good food while you talk things over with your crew, couldn't reccomend this place enough.”

  “Absolute rip off. £20 for a burger that’s the size of a kids burger, a few chips and the most disgusting coleslaw which was definitely out of a pot. Won’t be going back.”

  “I really loved the place. My first time of visiting. Food was great, service Ok. They should work on assisting/guiding new customers in navigating their way around ordering. But in all. I enjoyed every bit.”

  “Only my second time back at Nando’s after a year long break because they messed up 3 orders in a row… they did it again, that’s 4/5 of my previous orders, thought I’d try the new lunch salad, they forgot the spicy rice, which completely ruined the whole thing, & just filled half the box with corn, whole thing was cold & the chicken was tasteless & had clearly never been near peri peri, I used to love Nando’s & visit once a week, now I’m so put off after so many failures I don’t think I’ll ever go back”

  “When my wife asked me: what do you want to eat on your birthday, she knew I'd say Nandos, I always liked nandos. It's so simple but brilliant. Unfortunately I think this was the last time for me and it's time to move on, £60 for a dinner for 2 isn't cheap. I wouldn't mind it if it was enjoyable, but it Unfortunately wasn't. The chicken would definitely use extra 5min on the grill, skin on those wings wasn't golden and meat wasn't easily coming off the bones, and that's crucial when it comes to chicken. The staff said they can re do it for me but I decided I'll not ask for that, I have already waited over 30min for those wings and that would mean my wife would be done and waited for me before I got another portion. Wings weren't raw but definitely not enjoyable. And that exact thing happened to me twice before. So that's why I think it's worth paying £20 extra and have a proper meal at proper restaurant with table service. Goodbye Nandos!”

  “My wife and I went to the Nando’s on Kingswood , and it was our first time at any Nando’s. A young lad called Sam welcomed us very warmly and showed us to a table . Sam explained every thing so clearly and made our experience very easy to understand. I had the burger and my wife had chicken thighs. Both dishes were very delicious and made well . Staff all very friendly and we will be back . Big thank you for Sam, nice lad with nice manners !! Thank you all !”

  “I had tea here with family: Nando’s isn’t somewhere I often go but I know my parents like it. The Garlic Churrasco Burger looked and sounded a lot more exciting than what I was served. It looked miniature. I’m never the first to clear my plate, but there I was pinching chips from others’ meals. Perhaps it would have been more substantial with chicken thighs rather than breasts. The peas really lacked mint this time around, too. This was a miss for me, but everyone else enjoyed theirs. Service was quick.”

  “Nando’s consistently delivers a reliable experience across its restaurants, and this location in Hull was no exception. We dined here twice during our visit and were seated immediately both times without needing a reservation. The food arrived quickly and tasted great. However, on our first visit, they were out of sparkling water—my preferred drink for lunch—and although they initially charged us for it and promised a refund, they forgot to process it. Overall, the restaurant was clean, the food quality was solid, and while nothing stood out as exceptional, there were no major issues either. A solid 4-star experience, and I’d eat here again.”

  “Well mannered staff, great location, enough parking. This takes me back Home (South Africa) and I chose it as our evening meal for our 13th wedding anniversary.”
