  “What an absolutely fabulous restaurant, from stepping in when we were greeted upon arrival and shown to our table. The food was divine, the food arrived quickly but we didn’t feel rushed. We wanted a second bottle of wine and even though our allocated time was up, we were offered seats at the bar. I can’t rate our experience enough it was exceptional.”

  “I live in Madrid but decided to take my mum here on a trip back home for her birthday. It was a fantastic experience. The staff were brilliant and welcoming and surprised my mum with a glass of fizz and a card for her birthday which was a nice touch. They also have an extensive cocktail and wine list (bonus points for having Albariño!) The food was outstanding, really enjoyed the scallops and seabass in particular. Thanks so much - we will be back 😊”

  “Excellent small plates menu and surprisingly good value for money. Booked a table for my birthday - we ordered 9 plates (including nibbles) and two desserts between 4 of us which was a good amount. Cocktails also excellent! Will definitely be back ✨”

  “Amazing went for a belated birthday meal and the service and food was amazing. Not from the local area and our sat nav over shot it a bit there was plenty of parking nearby on roadside. Food fabulous and flavoursome. The service was great answered all our questions and described all dishes well. We had a slice of focaccia each and then 5 plates and it was more than enough between the two of us. Bill came in lovely retro style.”

  “From the moment we walked in to Norman’s Neighbourhood Kitchen, we were greeted, sat down and looked after superbly. We were treated to a couple of glasses of bubbles to celebrate our anniversary a lovely unexpected touch. We’ve been before but the new menu was excellent a good amount of dishes and variety. Mia and the whole team were superb, every dish was delivered to the table and described beautifully as they were presented. We liked the fact we only had two dishes at a timeout of our 6 we’d selected (not including the delicious focaccia and parfait). We were wished Happy Anniversary at least 5 times all by different team members at different times during our visit - a lovely detail to know that it’s not just the person sitting you down but the whole team that have been made aware. We will definitely be back soon (not only to eat but to check in with Mia re her holiday) it was a truly great delivery of fabulous food by an enthusiastic and knowledgable team.”

  “Gourmet food. Small plates and the description on the menu can be a little misleading but the staff were more than happy to explain the dish in detail. Had the blue cheese desert which turned out to be a drink of vodka infused with blue cheese and ( I think) sherry. One of the nicest drinks I’ve had in a long time - see pic Would recommend”

  “Wonder. No other words can really do it justice. Never have I had such consistently good food and been suprised with each meal. Tapas like style works great. I would say it's best to go with medium sized groups of around 3 - 5 as too many will mean you need to get repeats or not have enough each but two few and you don't get to sample enough or have to get too much food for too few mouths Highlight was the beef massaman which I can only describe as melting in my mouth. Even without the massaman sause it was an amazing dish on its own. Deeply sad the menu changes as I will deeply miss that dish on return. Will 100 % go again and only wish I lived closer so I could get to it easier”

  “Everything was absolutely exceptional. The service top notch, they threw in a free glass of fizz on arrival for my partner's birthday. They allowed to order as and when we wanted, we definitely filled our boots more than the average diners hehe The place was buzzing to no surprise! The flavors were bold, some things we've never experienced before, what a treat! Thank you so much for a fantastic evening!”

  “Absolutely fantastic place. My friend booked it for my birthday and they had a card and glass of fizz waiting for me. The service was outstanding and the waiter explained the menu. He was lovely and very attentive. He knew his wines too recommending some really good ones. The food is innovative and very tasty. This is an exceptional place and i would gighly recommend a visit. Book well in advance as it gets booked up early.”
