  “I don’t often post reviews however having given them over £200 and ask for an assortment of food I can only say the quality and quantity was far below expectations. To get 5-6 small portions of curry and the rest of the “budget” spent on boxes of cheap salad, cold chips and rice I wouldn’t recommend this at all. Unless of course we were missing a few items by accident. Photo for reference of portion size. I only gave 1 start for atmosphere because although we did not eat inside the restaurant the atmosphere where I am now is nothing but disappointment and regret.”

  “Had meal tonight it was excellent the meet and greet is awesome the service brilliant and the food authentic prices very good I would recommend recomend we go regular and have had bad food they make the curries to your own personal preference all the staff are so pleasant and helpful thanks you Sharma”

  “Great Curry House with great food. Ordered a mild Korma came very spicy so told the staff and they replaced the whole order which was just what we asked for. 5 star all the way, highly recommend. Great food great staff.”

  “Used to love to come here and also get a number of takeaways Good tasting quality food and very reasonable prices The family naan bread was soft thick warm and tasty Place never looked property clean on the flooring and was always disorganised That added to the quirkiness of it Went tonight for a meal eating in The staff were passable in service and quite scruffy Nobody checked to see if we were enjoying our meal The food was comparable with sparrows legs for the amount we got The family naan was cold bland tasteless and as thin as paper The curry was cold, small in proportion and tasteless I came home wondering why we had even bothered to go I threw what I brought home in the bin Even that was too good a place for it! To be truthful the whole place is scruffy We will never go back”

  “Went out for tea with some of the family to shama's on Bradford road in Huddersfield, we have been here quite a few times and will be visiting many more times in the near future, the place is nice, clean and the staff are welcoming and friendly, we had 4 drinks, sizzling starters, curries, rice, chips and a family garlic naan, and the price was about £15 each. I would recommend shama's to absolutely everyone.”

  “Not been for a few years decided to try it again and wasn’t disappointed food was great and the service is perfect very attentive. The food was fresh and served quickly would definitely recommend.”
