  “SHOP WAS CLOSED?? I ordered at 17:34 and we were waiting till 19:30 before driving to the shop. No food arrived so we went to go have a look at the shop and ask them about the order. The shop was completely closed and looked abandoned. The person on the Just Eats app has accepted the order and took payment but no order has arrived.”

  “3rd November 2024. My son ordered 2 kebabs from here one in a naan and one in a pitta. Both came with zero salad even though it clearly states it comes with it. The pitta bread was stale, he gave me 4 pieces of chicken and the rest crammed with dry hard crusty donner meat. No sauce no salad. It was completely inedible and had to be binned! I’m very very unhappy, we called the takeaway and asked about the salad he said he only sends it if you ask- regardless that it says it’s served with it and didn’t care that we didn’t have it. He was rude over the phone. As a resident of this village longer than this takeaway has been established I find this completely unacceptable I have used this takeaway plenty of times and it’s safe to say this is the last time. The past 2/3 orders haven’t been great but with loyalty to the takeaway I have continued to order in hope that this will improve. Honley spice isn’t nice simple as that.”

The vindaloo packs just the right punch (not for the faint-hearted!), and the raita sauce cools things down like a proper legend. It’s a match made in curry heaven. Whether it’s a midweek pick-me-up or a weekend treat, this place always delivers the goods. Proper flavours, proper portions, and proper service. Still reviewing. Still ordering. Still loving it. 🔥 Highly recommend to anyone who appreciates a good curry done right.”

  “I ordered a chicken burger as they was preparing it I watched the guy making it first put the chicken in the microwave then put it on the grill.when I got the burger I opened it they had put loads of cheese on it and ketchup was pink the chicken looked strange inside but didn’t think anything of it however then started to feel sick. The next morning I was throwing up etc so they have given me salmonella definitely will not be going back as they have no idea what food hygiene is”

  “Made an order on Uber eats which was cancelled twice. Said minimum order £10 but this isn't stated on Uber eats. Set your minimum order correctly if you don't want bad reviews. Disappointed chief”
