  “Honestly disappointed that we had to pay extra for a bag when it’s the restaurant’s responsibility to package takeaway orders properly. After already paying for the food, charging customers for a basic bag just feels unnecessary and leaves a bad impression. Small things like this really affect the overall experience.”

  “Sweet and sour chicken and sweet chilly chicken was way too soggy. It tasted like rubber. This is my 3rd or 4th time visiting kokoro. The only saving grace was the katsu curry chicken. Thank goodness it was crispy but the watery curry sauce ruined it. Bland fried rice 👎 . To sum it all up i give it a 2/10 after multiple visits. Whats more absurd is that the price point..it is way too high for the quality of the food specially when there are plenty of better options in the area. The newer food courts offer better taste and value.”

  “A good choice to order take away from Kokoro. 1 portion (regular size or large size of bowl) can be filled with 2 different dishes/proteins such as chicken or beef or salmon or pork, etc, and also 1 side dish (you can choose between rice or noodle). With reasonable price, and good portion. They also sell udon, sushi, a wide variety of drinks, etc. Toilets for customers are not available.”

  “It was my first time visiting Kokoro today around 8 pm. The food was good and the place was nice, but I felt uncomfortable seeing one staff member being rude to her coworker, who seemed to be a Nepali girl. As a customer, it didn’t feel right, and I felt bad for her. I hope the management ensures that all staff are treated with kindness and respect, as it makes a big difference for both employees and customers.”

  “Ordered the spicy pork, beef bulgogy with egg noodles , was delicious, also very well balanced meat/side like other places fill up the pot with noodles or rice and just a little bit of meat on top , not to is case . I think there was more meat than noodles 🤭 overall a very healthy meal, delicious for a very good price .”

  “Enough seating with tables.LIttle too close to.eaxh other.Tidy,little bit pricey but good portion sizes for the price. Tasty food. Good service and quick. Middle of highstreet. Be aware they don't take any cash. Greatful you have a toilet for customers but would reccomend getting a new toilet seat instead of repairing it with tape and also keeping mps and buckets somewhere else.”

  “Ordered spicy chicken for myself and salmon for my wife . Surprised to see portion configuration as more than 85% was rice . The chicken and salmon both had raw smell . I promised will never try this restaurant or even any Korean restaurant in future . Yak !! I am sorry but this is the most honest review I could give .”

  “Nice building and choice of foods, portions were generally large. We had some sushi and chicken/sweet-chili noodle combo. Then we had some more Korean type noodles but saw them making it from packets that we can get in the store ... I would have hoped it would have been more authentic. Overall nice clean store. Nice to have sushi and noodle options in the High street.”
