  “Usually quiet so I like to eat here. Yesterday service was very fast and the beer was well chilled for the hot day. The katsu chicken curry was as good as ever. I’ll probably come back again very soon to be honest!”

  “Ordered a meal on uber eats as it looked appealing. What we received was nothing like it. There were two small pieces of meat but what we received was lots of noodles drowned in a sauce. I tried informing uber eats but the functionality to report problems was disabled - how convenient !!!! I wish I could have attached an image of the order for everyone to see. Not sure who runs this restaurant but it does not resemble proud Japanese who always try their best to offer the best service possible and take such pride in creating the best meal possible. Terrible food.”

  “This is a nice little spot to catch an afternoon bite. Good portion size and not too heavy. I ordered the prawn udons as seen in photo. It was lovely and fresh and had a balanced flavour. I visited at about 1pm in the afternoon surprisingly it was not crazy busy during the lunch rush hour which was nice , so I decided to dine in. The staff were quick and it was a satisfying meal. In total it cost me £12.85 (£10.85 for meal with student discount + £2 for the drink that I bought separately and they stated drinks don’t have student discount 🤷🏾‍♀️) The front states dishes from £3.95 however once you look at the menu the dishes associated with that cost are very basic. Kineya has a fast food feel to it as you order and collect your food. Good spot for lunch as they dished the food quickly.”
