“Absolutely 💯 hands down this is one of the best chippy I have ever been to. Terrific staff young lady behind the counter very thorough. Food was freshly cooked and tasted amazing very light batter & real fresh chips not frozen. Don’t really understand the negative reviews but I guess everyone has different expectations. I’m a fussy eater and I would have no hesitation going back and I surly would recommend it to anyone.”

“I thought the chips was very good, fresh, crisp on the outside and soft in the middle. I ordered a large cod, I was a bit disappointed with the size/thickness of the fish and the lack of chunks within it. The batter was also fine. There was a fair wait for the food but it was fine given it was busy.”

“We waited over an hour for two fish and a portion of chips. We were then given a piece of fish that had been sat there for at least 20minutes, when we asked if we could please have a fresher piece because we had waited a long time we were told it was still hot- we explained that it was the freshness not the temperature we were concerned about and were again told it was still hot. We were given a couple of piece of goujon that we didn’t want, and said we didn’t want, instead. This was a waste of time and we would not recommend.”
