  “Pop in quite regularly for a cheap lunch as we are local. Always happy with the service. The kids eat free option is very generous too. Staff sometimes under pressure when busy but always with a smile.”

  “27 mins.for a toastee, told we would have a ten min wait, lots of ppl asking where their food was. It was busy but the cafe wasn't at capacity so they should be able to cope otherwise why have that many seats. Some staff seem to work harder than other. Everything is grubby and or dirty.”

  “extremely expensive especially on the snack front, probably slightly more expensive than the likes of costa/starbucks but i haven't been to either of those for a while so cant say with certainty”

  “Awful service, one of them looks like he hasn’t showered…. No music no atmosphere. Also tea stained cups and tea pots put me off drinking. I would say this place has less of an atmosphere than a grave yard. And stupidly expensive. Go to a costa or Starbucks lol.”

  “Absolutely dreadful service, no smiles hellos or thank you from the staff. No music playing and a very flat atmosphere. Tea pot spout was dirty and mug. Wouldn’t recommend at all.”

  “Visited today about 3 o'clock and it was really busy at a quick glance me and my daughter didnt think we would get a table, but the ladies working there soon sorted us out. Excellent service as always from Mary and Jan, very cheerful and chatty and great value toasties and coffees, service with a smile, Erdington Pausa Cafe.”

  “Good selection of food and drinks. They have Gluten Free sandwiches with is always a bonus. Staff are very attentive.”

  “I don't usually write a lot of reviews but the 2 girls working at the Isle of Wight cafe today were amazing. Incredibly helpful and friendly, both my wife and I were very impressed.”
