  “As we were staying in Harrogate for our wedding anniversary, we had posted on the local coeliac FB group for recommendations for an evening meal. There were many suggestions of GF safe places to eat, however there were many for Vivido Italian restaurant. We were so glad we booked as the place was heaving when we arrived. We were looked after by attentive staff all evening, the food was exceptional with so many GF options across all courses. We cannot recommend Vivido highly enough. Thank you to all the staff in making our wedding anniversary dinner a memorable one.”

  “We ate here the night before The Great Yorkshire Show was starting and had not booked. We initially wanted to sit outside as it was a warm evening, but the tables were booked. The staff were fabulous and very attentive. Inside didn’t disappoint. It was airy and cool and our table was in a lovely position. The food was stunning - gorgeous starters and the mains were fresh pasta - beautiful food and great service. The manager even came to us and asked if we’d like to have drinks outside, as he had remembered we had initially wanted to eat out there. It was a lovely atmosphere in the evening sun, sipping wine and cocktails. We highly recommend the restaurant, food and staff and will be visiting again”

  “I had olives, chicken stroganoff and a Lemoncelli Spritzer. The chicken was so tender and wonderful, super delicious. It is heavy on the mustard flavour, but personally it really worked for me. I was on the terrace and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. He really helped me choose and even showed me photos of some of the dishes. The terrace was also in the sun and it was overall a great experience. Can highly recommend:)”

  “Stumbled across this place today while visiting Harrogate and so pleased we did. The service and atmosphere was amazing, our waiter was so friendly and really looked after us (and our dogs) he really went above and beyond. Food and cocktails were also outstanding. What a fab place! Hope to visit again one day.”

  “We really enjoyed our meal here and when we return to Harrogate it'll definitely be on our list to visit again. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere. The staff were all great. We shared a calamari starter (glad we did as I think one each would have been too much). I had the chicken saltimbocca which was very tasty. The sautéd potato was delicious. My partner had chicken pizzaiola which he really enjoyed. We also shared some veg and spinach with garlic. The spinach was especially nice. Then we shared a tiramisu because tiramisu is always a good idea ☺️”

  “Came here to celebrate Mum Dad's 50th anniversary, Mums 70th and our daughters 14th birthdays. Very classy place that serves quality Italian food, food piping hot, everyone happy. The starters were lovely with garlic bread an separate dish of mushrooms.. If I'm really truthful I couldn't justify the steak meal, but maybe it would of been better with peppercorn sauce rather then red wine sauce, a little fatty and not very hot. But my Mum Dad, wife and daughters main dish was brilliant, they had beef strongnoff, pizza, pasta chicken and chicken escallopes. But personally i would try something else next time, the chips are the hottest I've ever tasted. . Lots of creamy dishes here to choose from. The zinfandel wine was amazing and so was the baby guinesses we had. The server unfortunately didn't get his name, but he was brilliant on the night very chatty and made us all feel very welcome. My steak didn't spoil the evening and it was pleasure to come here. One piece of advice is don't sit past the bar, they is a door near the bar, which leads to an outside wine Cellar and there is a big draft when the Cellar and door are left open whilst the bartender gets what he wants. I do recommend to vivido this is closed when guests are sitting virtually opposite. Also thank you for letting us bring our own birthday cake in, but a very enjoyable night”

  “Large portions, pasta seems handmade and really tasty. I was so full I had no room for desserts. We had four mains, three desserts, one side, a bottle of wine and a beer which comes up to £130. Gets busy quick, popular place.”
