  “Absolutely love this restaurant. Great service, great food and great atmosphere. The food was delightful, with a vast selection to choose from. Ordered plently of options, which were all clearly made with care by the chef and were given to us with upmost respect. Not a single thing was bad, or tasted bad. The currys were delicous, as well as the paneer dishes in particular. Owner and workers were amazing, and kind people, who ensured our happiness throughout the experience. I've been plenty of times, and I hope to go again soon!”

  “A superb Indian food experience. Spice Delight's curries and tandoor dishes were the best I've had. The spices and flavours were just amazing. We only visit Lahore Kebab and Tayyabs in Whitechapel if we fancy Indian in London, yet Spice Delight is better than those two great places. I would only pick a bone with mango lassie which is better at Tayyabs (less sweet and thinner there). Otherwise top notch!! And the service is better and kinder at Spice Delight. The dinner was super affordable, the price list seems to be from 10+ years ago! Five stars all around! Thanks!”

  “My son and I booked a table for his birthday. What a lovely little place this is great atmosphere and very clean. We tried starters mains and desserts and the only thing wrong was we had no more room to try more. The food was amazing cooked perfectly and so much flavor and great presentation. The staff are so friendly andade sure we was happy with all are food. If you haven't tried this place you really are missing out. We will definitely be going back and they do a takeaway service which seemed to be very busy. Thanks for a great birthday meal for my sins birthday.”

  “⭐ A Culinary Masterpiece – Absolutely Outstanding! ⭐ From the moment I walked into Spice Delight, I knew I was in for something special. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the incredible aromas instantly made me excited for the meal ahead. Every dish was bursting with flavour, perfectly cooked, and beautifully presented. Each bite was better than the last! The staff were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and made the entire experience feel memorable. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers both outstanding food and excellent service, but Spice Delight exceeded all expectations. Without a doubt, this was one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Halifax. If you’re looking for delicious food, a fantastic atmosphere, and service that goes above and beyond, Spice Delight is the place to be. I can’t wait to return!”

  “Jashan was so polite, lovely and attentive. From the moment we came in, the service was amazing. The chef cooked the curry i wanted to perfection. Creamy, nutty and a tad spicy. Mushroom rice was beautiful and the chips were the best ive had in a long time. Thank you so much guys, beautiful from start to finish. X”

  “Yesterday we went to Spice Delight we had a lovely meal that was served quickly and we got excellent service from the waiting staff. Everyone was smiling, welcoming and helpful. The restaurant and the toilet were spotless. I would love to give more than 5*.”

  “Poor curry mixed kebab starter consisted of 1 Cremated shamin kebab an sheikh. Both for the birds tommorow. Creamated to owt. Chilli chicken curry.. Dreaming. They don't know what they are doing. I don't leave bad reviews for no reason, check my other reviews. This is wrong I don't know how they stay open. Oh by the way I knew roti warmed up in microwave. Very poor. £14 wasted... NEVER TO RETURN!!!! 🤮🤮🤮”

  “I can't praise this restaurant enough, not only for the fantastic choice, quality and value of the food, but also for the friendliness and flexibility of its staff and manager. After I had ordered several takeaway dishes and came to collect them, I realised I didn’t have any money with me, which was absolutely no problem for the manager. He laughed and told me to just take the food home, enjoy it and pay later. Thanks again, I will definitely be back when I'm in the area! 🙏👍”
