About Beechwood Farm - Farmhouse Inns
Beechwood Farm is a carvery pub on Village Wy on the outskirts of Grimsby, on the southern bank of the Humber. The kitchen serves a Sunday roast every day of the week, with beef, Yorkshire pudding and pigs in blankets, and the carvery lets guests pile a plate high with a choice of vegetables. The menu also covers other pub classics, including a Farmhouse mixed grill, and a pub breakfast is available for morning arrivals. Desserts include sticky toffee pudding, cakes and ice cream, and the bar pours cocktails, hot drinks and pints. An indoor play area makes the pub a practical stop for families with children. The pub takes walk-ins, and the carvery meats can run out when it is busy.

Customer Review Summary
The carvery is what most reviewers come for, with diners praising beef, Yorkshire pudding and pigs in blankets cooked to perfection, a fantastic variety of vegetables, and plates they were able to heap up. Generous portions and food arriving piping hot, even on a packed Father's Day Sunday, come up repeatedly. Close behind is the service, with several reviewers singling out friendly, welcoming servers who were attentive and who entertained the kids. Other items mentioned include the farmhouse mixed grill, sticky toffee pudding, steak, cocktails and hot drinks, and one reviewer wants to return for breakfast. Running short is the recurring snag. One diner found only small beef left because the other meats had run out, another thought the pub seemed short staffed with no cake left, and a third found their chosen ice cream flavour gone. One partner was unhappy with a fish dish, and the server apologised and brought complimentary BBQ wings, then gave the reviewer a big scoop of a different ice cream flavour.

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an absolutely fantastic visit to Beechwood Farm! There were three of us in our party, and we all enjoyed the carvery, which was excellent. Everything was fresh, delicious, and cooked to perfection, with plenty of choice and generous portions. We all left full and very impressed! A special mention has to go to Kayley, who looked after us throughout our visit. She was absolutely amazing—friendly, welcoming, attentive, and genuinely made us feel at home. Nothing was too much trouble, and her warm personality and outstanding customer service really made our meal even more enjoyable. She is a real credit to Beechwood Farm. Fantastic food, brilliant atmosphere, and exceptional service from Kayley. We'll definitely be back and would highly recommend Beechwood Farm to anyone looking for a great carvery and first-class hospitality. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I hope Kayley gets the recognition she deserves!”

“Was recommend to come here, and it didn't disappoint. Great staff, catered for my mum really well, gave us a table close by so she didn't have to walk far. Food was lovely and the cakes......”

“I was really impressed with with my meal on Sunday. The place was packed for father's day, but the meals were still piping hot and they didn't run out of any veg. My dad enjoyed his dinner and a nice cold pint. Ross was fab, he entertained the kids by teasing them by pretending to pinch their yorkies, and he made me feel a million dollars by telling me I looked like Meghan Trainor. It was a lovely experience for the whole family. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”
