Customer Review Summary
Diners most frequently single out the fish and chips as a standout, with several also praising the lamb desi pizza and chilli con carne for their taste and large portions. The chicken tandoori kebab and chips receive repeated mentions as fresh and well-prepared. A few highlight the friendly staff and quick, helpful service. However, multiple reviewers report long wait times, with one describing a two-and-a-half-hour delay for a pizza and chicken meal, and another noting a near-three-hour wait for an online order that was initially misplaced. Several also criticize poor customer service, including unhelpful responses to errors like wrong orders or delays, and one account of a refusal to offer a goodwill gesture after a prolonged wait. One reviewer describes the food as disgusting, citing soggy sausage batter, undercooked chips, and lumpy, overly sweet curry sauce.

“Chips r good, place is halal. Not really the place's fault, but there's always weird kids around when I go, so it kinda puts me off, but besides that, it's good”

How this listing is sourced
- Where the data comes from
- Name, address, hours, contact details, amenities, ratings and review counts come from the business's publicly available profile data — not from the owner and not from paid submissions.
- How it stays current
- Every listing is re-checked on a recurring crawl, and anything reported as wrong is corrected at the source rather than patched on the page.
- How it is ranked
- Placement is never sold. Every business on the page is ordered and compared using the same public signals, so an owner cannot pay to move up.
