Customer Review Summary
Diners most often praise the portions of rice and the set and lunch menus, with salt and chilli ribblets, volcano chicken wings and orange chicken named as highlights, alongside chicken satay and sweet and sour chicken. Several describe friendly, efficient staff and a romantic, peaceful atmosphere, with families marking birthdays and anniversaries. Complaints about waiting recur and carry real weight. One reviewer says food took over two hours and arrived cold after three phone calls, and another waited well over an hour for a Saturday carry out. A delivery order is described as having tough, dry spare ribs and congealed chicken chow mein with almost no chicken. Others call the curry bland, the black bean beef tough, and a 10% service charge unwelcome. One diner describes a curry puff as curry mush, a red Thai curry overpowered by lemongrass, and coffee cream that split, with a replacement offered but no further compensation.

“DO NOT ORDER a carry out on a Saturday night. Been waiting an hour and twenty minutes so far and no sign of food. No ody seams bothered. When I called it in was told it would be ready in half an hour!! Kids starving!”

“Food took 2hrs 15mins to arrive and was cold when it got here. I use the Richmond regularly but tonight will be the last time. 3 phone calls when food hadn't turned after 1 hr 30 to be told it's busy? Tell me when I order so I can go elsewhere. Disappointing”
