“Phoned home delivery, took my order, and waited on my delivery, one hour later, no delivery? Phoned back and was told the usual, it's on the way ? I suggested that if the person had told me it would take up to and over an hour to deliver that would have been ok. I would have called elsewhere, but this person on the phone advised me it does not matter who I phone for a home delivery it always takes at least an hour or more ? I disagreed, and told him to cancel my order. This person also had other useless information to say, what annoyed me even more ! I will not be using there home delivery service in the future, please ask for an estimated delivery time before you confirm your order. Greed is not acceptable, some honesty goes a long way. They have just lost a fairly regular customer. Regarding your response to my review. I appreciate it can be very busy on certain days, but please be more accurate on your reply. Firstly on the front of your menu it says ; please. Allow at least 30 -45mins for your delivery. Not at least 45min or more. I waited 1 hour 10min before phoning yor shop, and was told; it's on it's way, in my opinion it was only on it's way after I phoned you ? Also you say I was in a hurry ? Not true, I never said that. I said I was going to bed after my meal, that I waited for an hour 10min. You obviously knew how busy your shop was, but still continued taking home delivery's knowing it was going to take at least an hour to deliver, so why not advise your customers this when they phone ? And it does not take other establishments to all take an hour to deliver ? And I never asked for an exact delivery time, I am aware it is an estimated time.”
