  “Following my last review, I was contacted by Anna who was very professional . I attended the salon today to get my holiday nails done. I was taken on time by Susan who did a fabulous job. Very pleased. Thanks Anna. Also my daughter in law had shellac nails done four weeks ago and they are still looking good.”

  “I have been to the salon various times and the girls are lovely however my visit today with Mahi was nothing short of wonderful. She is so kind and very talented. Her attention to detail and care was amazing, she had to advise that my biab needed a full removal to help my nail health rather than just doing the infill anyway. She was so gentle and took her time, never felt rushed during the whole appointment. Good luck with your college interview Mahi and thank you so much for my nails & toes 💖”

  “I’ve booked here now for about 4 months+ after having not a great experience in the city centre and I always leave delighted. The salon is beautiful and clean and all the staff are friendly and helpful. Today was manicure & pedicure and I’m really happy with both, perfect timing for holidays.”

  “I always get my nails done here and can’t recommend them enough. All the ladies are incredibly talented, professional, and friendly. I’ve had gel, BIAB, and pedicures, and the results are always perfect, they really take time and care to give the best results. My elderly mum also comes for regular manicures and pedicures, and they’re always so patient and kind with her. It’s such a welcoming place and the quality of their work is excellent.   “Nails look bad. Photo shows messy work and gel going over cuticles. but overall experience was terrible. First time and last time here unfortunately as their Instagram page looks great. When I first arrived no one greeted me, they all just stared at me. I had Roya (I think her name is or raya) doing my nails. every nail appointment I’ve had at other places, I always state “do not touch my cuticles please” and no one has ever had an issue with that. But mid way through Roya put the spinning nail filer (drill) on my cuticles - it was painful. I had asked her to stop, and asked why does she need to do that? It is because she had done such a terrible job at painting the nail, no precision and no accuracy that the polish ended up on the cuticle hence why she had to do further cleaning. She did not even say sorry, and I reiterated “I told you at the start not to touch the cuticle” But no response. She did not seem to care and proceeded to act like she was right and nothing was wrong. But put on a happy smile when asking for payment Please work on customer service a bit more, or at least train more so you don’t need to clean up every single nail like that”
