  “I got there at 4:45pm on Saturday with my family. Waited for so long to get my table (around 20mins). My son ordered kids meals with chicken breast and chips, as you can see the picture, less than 10 chips on his plate, how pathetic it is. A small plate of food cost £7.50 doesn’t fill up the kids tummy, I have to share my chips and some chicken with him at the end. Plus the waiting time for table and food, I have to give you one star, and I am definitely not recommend to anyone.”

  “Went this weekend on a Saturday evening.. there seemed to be a problem with the ovens and they had also run out of chicken. Saying that ... Laura the manager came to the rescue and looked after us soo well. We had 2 small children and she immediately whipped up some food for them so no one went hungry. She was amazing - super kind, professional,attentive and considerate. When the food arrived - everything was perfectly. Thanks to Laura and the team. A great Nandos to visit x”

  “I used to be a regular but after my experience I will be going to the yellow mall Nandos as the customer service here is now horrendous. I went to the counter to order my food and the boy serving me must have misheard me regarding my order. When he came to my table to give the food I told him politely that this isn’t the right order, he got extremely defensive and started arguing with me. I ended up accepting the item as it felt embarrassing continuing the conversation. My advice is to train your male staff, don’t think he would’ve acted like that if it was a guy telling him the same thing.”

  “Had a great experience at Nando’s today. The food was fresh and came out quickly, and the atmosphere was really welcoming. A big shout out to Liam who served us — he was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was perfect with our order. It’s always nice when someone goes the extra mile with customer service.   “Everything was great. Served by Liam. Straight to my seat, was polite, respectful and friendly. Also offered me an alternative due to my nut allergy. I definitely recommend coming here. 10/10 experience. Thanks Nando’s 😁”

  “Sean provided great service and had a friendly attitude. The meal it self is always going to be great. The overall atmosphere of this restaurant definitely looks better than most Nando’s. Better seating arrangements and better historical urban art.”

  “I usually enjoy Nando’s and order from them often, but I was really disappointed with my recent meal. I found a bone in my wrap, which was unpleasant and could have been dangerous if I hadn’t noticed it in time. Mistakes happen, but this really put me off my food. I hope the team can take more care with quality control in the kitchen — I’d appreciate a follow-up or reassurance that this won’t happen again.”

  “You place your order at the checkout. Food is being served on your table. There are plenty of sauces bottles available to use. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was tasty, too. It is worthwhile. The chicken is Halal for those who have preferences.”

  “First time we had been here & it was a bit confusing when we were given our table because it appeared that we had to order through the QR code. As we were having difficulty a member of staff informed us we could pay at the counter, this wasn't made clear at first!!! The food to be fair was very good and enjoyable and more than enough, better than I expected. We didn't have to wait long for our order so that was a plus 👍”
