  “From the service to the food, everything was absolutely fantastic! The food was delicious, there was a great choice, and the price was very reasonable. A huge thank you, especially to one of the waiters. When I told him that I have a serious cinnamon allergy (yes, I know, a very unusual allergy! 😂), he went to check everything for me and showed me exactly what I couldn’t eat. It made such a big difference and, most importantly, made me feel safe and able to enjoy my meal without worrying. Excellent service, delicious food and a great atmosphere. We will definitely be coming back! ❤️”

  “I visited here for the first time today with my boyfriend to get something to eat after a long day. All the staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly and made us feel very welcome and made sure to tell us where everything was before we sat down and made sure we had no allergies or anything we didn’t like. There was a variety of different things to choose from, from noodles to rice to chicken to seafood there was something there for everyone. The service was very fast and the food was amazing! The food was getting topped up often so it was always hot and fresh, the plates where nice and clean and the staff where very good at keeping on top of all the dirty plates and took them away as soon as we had Finished. I would highly recommend coming here if you get the chance and I will definitely be coming back”

  “I’m usually a bit skeptical about buffets, but this place completely blew me away. Right from the start, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even though the restaurant was packed and super busy, the service never slipped. They were always smiling, checking in on us, and clearing away our empty plates right away. The food is amazing. They have a ton of variety, covering everything from a great, fresh salad all the way to a dessert station. If you're looking for a spot where you actually get great quality, awesome variety, and fantastic service all at once, you've got to try this place. We’ll definitely be back for round two!”

  “Had a really great experience at Buffet King in Metrocentre and it honestly exceeded my expectations. The restaurant was spacious, clean, and had a really nice atmosphere even when it got busy. It’s a great place for family dinners, group gatherings, or just a relaxed meal with friends. The staff were friendly and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Service was quick and efficient, and plates were cleared regularly without us having to ask, which made the whole dining experience feel very comfortable. What impressed me most was the huge variety of food available. There was a good mix of Chinese dishes, seafood, desserts, and more. Everything was constantly being refilled, so the food stayed fresh and hot throughout the evening.The seafood selection was much better than expected for a buffet. The dessert section was also excellent with plenty of cakes, fruit, and ice cream to choose from. You can really tell they put effort into keeping both the food quality and presentation at a high standard. Overall, Buffet King offers excellent value for money. It’s not just about having lots of choices — the food actually tastes good too, which makes a big difference. Definitely one of the better buffet restaurants around Metrocentre, and I’ll happily come back again.”

  “Highly recommend coming here, I am a regular customer here and haven’t had any issues or bad experience here. The food is really good and the customer service too. I recommend you try the cola chicken wing and noodles. Further, the cocktails are really good. Strawberry daiquiri is to die for.”

  “I sent the below email to this restaurant 4 weeks ago and they didn't bother replying to me..... I visited your restaurant today with my wife and we had the wontons. As soon as we began eating them, my wife noticed the texture didn’t resemble shrimp, which we are familiar with from other restaurants. I asked a member of staff whether the wontons were vegetarian, and she informed me that they were not and in fact contained pork. We were shocked to hear this, as we are Muslim and do not eat pork. We stopped eating immediately. I pointed out that the food label did not mention pork at all. The staff member insisted it was listed, so I showed her the label. She was surprised to see that pork was not mentioned, which means other customers could easily make the same mistake. Although I received an apology, the experience left my wife extremely distressed, as this was the first time she had unknowingly eaten pork. She lost her appetite completely, and I had to encourage her just to have a small dessert to take her mind off it. When I went to pay, I had hoped the incident would be acknowledged with a gesture of goodwill, especially given the seriousness of the mistake. Unfortunately, nothing was mentioned, so I paid the full bill and left. Overall, I was disappointed with the service and the handling of the situation. Given how busy and well‑known your buffet is, I expected a more positive and responsible response.”

  “Came back again after a couple of months and it’s still a place I enjoy. There’s a good range of food and it all tastes fresh. The staff are really friendly and attentive, which makes a big difference. Overall still very happy with it.”

  “Food is very delicious and the staff are lovely and attentive, I always love to stop by. Tried the mocktails Strawberry Bliss and Anna Lychee for the first time and they were amazing! Lots of choice, especially love the cupcakes and banana cake. Everything is so yum, I highly recommend”

  “Had an excellent meal here. The staff were genuinely friendly and quick, the place was clean and cosy, and the food arrived hot and perfectly seasoned. Dessert was the highlighting fresh, not too sweet. I’ll definitely be back.”

  “Lunch time : lack of diversity it was the biggest minus for us. , 23£ per adult is a crazy price comparing with other similar buffets. The water&juice is not included in the price , anyway wasn't clearly for us. They should have large tables too. The staff is always 👌 great. Well done for the cocktails quality.”
