  “We visited tonight as a treat for our grandson. Pizzas were hot and tasty, good value. Maddy (staff) was do helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She deserves recognition for positive interaction with customers.”

  “Food was great and wonderful service with a smile from Maddy. We didn’t initially understand the menu but she was very patient and understanding. We really enjoyed the food and atmosphere. Happened to be my birthday too, so thank you for making my day special.”

  “Came to Metrocentre just for Pizza Hut as our local one closed. Had the lunchtime buffet. The food was great, the pizzas were fresh and hot. Good choices. Garlic bread was really cheesy. Unlimited salad and drinks. Ice cream factory is always a favourite. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Really enjoyed our meal. Recommend this place for the best pizza and good value for money”

  “Came here for lunch with my girlfriend. Was welcomed in by friendly staff. The lunch time buffet was amazing value and pizza was amazing and fresh. Had brilliant service from Claire, Liam and Ian, who were always pleasant and happy to help. Can't wait to come back again next month 😁”

  “Great food at a great price! The service was excellent and our server, Maddy, was so friendly and attentive. She was really helpful in finding a gluten-free option for our daughter, which we really appreciated. We had a lovely meal and will definitely be back. Highly recommend!”

  “Brilliant service and food! Maddy was very informative and helpful with any questions we asked. Since we were a group of one vegan and one veggie she presented us with the relevant dietary information and aided us with our order at the machines. All the food was presented lovely by the chef Niall. I was wholeheartedly impressed by the meltiness of the vegan cheese and the decadence of the vegan cheesecake. The atmosphere was so welcoming and friendly and made a pre birthday treat feel really special.”

  “Superb service from Lucy. Mega friendly on first entry, explained menu and all of our options. Pizza was excellent, hot, perfectly cooked and served very well (warning about heat of plate etc). We will definitely be back.”

  “Hearing that some branches were closing, my dad asked me to take him for lunch (feeling nostalgic!) We were greeted and sat quickly and dad opted for the buffet whilst I ordered a vegan flatbread which came with a drink and salad. All of the salad bar items aside from the coleslaw and potato salad was suitable for vegans. Allergens were clearly displayed. The salad bar was fresh and regularly checked by staff. Dad enjoyed his unlimited pizza. There was an issue with payment at the self serve kiosk whereby the payment machine said approved but the kiosk said it had timed out. The manager sorted it straight away and even though I opted to pay again she said not to. Knowing the payment may not have gone through this was a really lovely gesture. Ultimately the payment did come out of my bank but I won't forget the kind manager and we'll definitely be back!”

  “★★☆☆☆ Disappointing Visit – Living on Past Glory? This Pizza Hut has been around since the 90s—and honestly, so has the pizza. The buffet selection was poor, with a noticeable wait between pizzas being brought out. If you’re expecting a quick and varied buffet experience, you’ll be disappointed. The one redeeming feature was the goat’s cheese flatbread—served on a stylish slate platter and actually quite tasty. A rare bright spot in an otherwise uninspired meal. The ice cream was dreadful: more like watered-down milk than proper soft serve, topped with a few scattered sweets that didn’t help much. The ordering system is another letdown—you’re forced to scan a QR code and order through their site, which feels like a throwback to mid-lockdown days. Not exactly the relaxed dine-in experience you’d hope for. Overall, it feels like this location is coasting on nostalgia. Needs a serious refresh—both in food and approach.”
