“Totally messed our order my meal was fish cakes not available although gave 4 days notice with the pre order some had to wait to pay as staff messed with the till not my girlfriend fault so I’m not happy about that but I would say that the assistant manager she was great”

“It is with great regret that I am having to rewrite my previous review... As always,, the food is scummy and always comes out quick and the quizzes on Mondays are phenomenal. HOWEVER...The staff have gone DOWNHILL in this once treasure trove of a restaurant. On my last visit, my mother was RUDELY told off by a new member of staff,, a grumpy small man with dark features that my dogs could not be on her lap and they had to be on the floor. Quite abrupt and demeaning..! They were not on the table..? Besides there are ways of saying things..! The rest of the staff however are an asset to the team, a tall lady always goes out of her way to welcome us in to the lounge, going above and beyond..! 👍 Such a shame our recent visits have been tainted by this scoundrel’s presence,,”
