About Beijing Cuisine
Beijing Cuisine is a Chinese takeaway at 16 High St in Falkirk, where orders are placed by phone. The kitchen serves its salt and chilli chips double battered and in sauce, so the side comes as a dish of its own rather than a plain portion of chips. Among the mains, the chicken ball meal comes with fried rice and is sized to feed two. Spare ribs with BBQ sauce sit alongside it on the menu for anyone adding another dish. Egg fried rice and special fried rice are both available as well.

Customer Review Summary
Generous portions for the money draw most positive reviewers, with the happy meal and the chicken ball meal with fried rice each described as enough to share between two. Double battered salt and chilli chips and the satay get singled out, and others praise tasty food that is not greasy, friendly delivery, and an order taker who remembers returning customers. One reviewer says staff will customise orders and suggest items off the menu. The negatives are substantial, though. Several describe order mistakes: a portion of spare ribs missing, and a steak absent from an order of special fried rice, with one caller saying staff argued and blamed them rather than apologising. Others report dry mini spring rolls, chow mein with little sauce, overcooked rice with rubbery meat, and salt and pepper chips now dry and sugary, which one longtime customer links to possible new owners. Even in a critical review, the bbq ribs were called the best part of the order.

“New pricing required on website, ordering a happy meal says £10 online but when phoned it is £12.50”

“Ordered from here for this first time and got shrimp chop suey, sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style, curry sauce and egg fried rice. Everything was quite nice and arrived on time. The only minor thing I would suggest would be to make the curry sauce less spicy and the chop suey a bit lighter.”

“Moved to Denny over 4 years ago. Tried all the chinese takeaways in the area and Beijing Cuisine is the best of the lot. Probably had 25+ takeaways from here and never had a bad one. Well priced, large portions and great food, double battered salt+chilli chips are a stand out. Satay better than Cotton House and the chicken ball meal with some fried rice is enough to feed 2 people.”

“Since moving to the area in 2017, I tried many of the local chinese takeaways and was left disappointed. That was until I tried this place. Aunty is always understanding and lets me customise my order. If I call and ask for something not on the menu, nothing is too much. If I call and ask aunty for a recommendation, she comes in clutch. The chef is cheffing. I've never had a bad order from this place. It's consistently amazing and my order always comes fresh and on time. Probably the best Chinese takeaway in the area. Customer service on fleek 💅.”

“I placed an order for dinner. Chicken ball, fried rice, prawn crackers and 2 portions of spare ribs with bvq sauce. When the food arrived a?portion of spare ribs was missing after trying to phone fir and hour i finally got through. The woman was very obnoxious and blamed me instead of taking accountable for her mistake! She argued abd fought with me instead of apologising and offering to replace them for free since she made the mistake, she was nasty and couldn't care any less. Shocking customer service and won't be bk after using the place for 10 years. Absolutely appalled”
