“I would question the basic hygiene training. I saw the cook moving a sign outside, return to the kitchen, adjust his pants, rub his face, the proceed the handle food without washing his hands. I then saw him take a knife, cut open a cardboard box and return the knife without cleaning it. Basic food hygiene training is a non negotiable.”
