  “Take-away service; the food was very good in the end, but it took over hour and a half for it to arrive. The delivery driver made some rather lame excuse, but the restaurant gave us a very generous discount by way of compensation. We will certainly order from them again if they sort out the delivery.”

  “I ordered the king prawn noodles and unfortunately, I was very disappointed. The noodles were extremely dry and tasted overcooked, with hardly any soy sauce or flavour. The prawns had an unpleasant smell and were so tough that I couldn’t even chew them properly. Overall, the dish was not enjoyable and definitely not what I expected. I hope the restaurant can improve the quality and preparation of this dish.”

  “I recently ordered their noodles and was really impressed. The noodles were cooked perfectly—soft with just the right amount of bite—and the sauce was rich, flavorful, and well-balanced without being too heavy. The portion size was generous, and everything arrived fresh and hot. You can tell they pay attention to quality and detail. Definitely one of the better noodle dishes I’ve had in a while—I’d happily order again”

  “Bit fed up of this now. This is our local and we have been going to them for at least 15 or so years, probably more. Almost never had a problem with the previous owners but since changing ownership a few months ago, almost every order is incorrect. We have tried to give them a good chance and some grace due to being new but it’s been months now and no improvements. We have had hair in the food before (was chips). I ordered over the phone for a collection yet was still waiting twenty minutes after arrival for our food, whilst the staff argued very loudly in the back and shouted at each other, making it extremely uncomfortable. Ordered salt and pepper chicken and chicken in lemon sauce, only to come home and find out that I had instead been given salt and pepper PRAWN and salt and pepper chicken! Was very lucky that I noticed right away. Called to complain and was told to get one free dish next time (but they chose the cheapest dish we selected which didn’t even match the price I’d paid for missing item beforehand). The portion sizes and prices are vastly different to previous owners. Portions decreased yet prices increased. The egg fried rice is hard. Satay skewers now cost more and you receive 4 instead of 6. Chicken (in chow meins and elsewise) is lower quality. Dishes are now served with sauce separate (satay/lemon etc). We have had missing items several times, ranging from spring rolls to main dishes. When calling to report this, we have been told to get them free next time instead of the issue being resolved there and then. Several times when we have asked for specific things to be removed, we have been ignored. Even when clearly stating plain chow mein with only a little bit of bean sprout, they include onions and other veg. Have asked for sauce separate on crispy chilli beef and instead have received sauce on top, causing the crispy beef to instead be soggy beef (yet this was never a problem with the older ownership because even with sauce included it was always actually crispy), and then received an extra pot of sauce that we have been charged for on top of this? One member of our family is severely autistic and WILL NOT eat the food if it is incorrect or has something in it that he does not like. This kind of mistake happening so regularly has caused several meltdowns and resulted in refusal to eat whatsoever, meaning wasted food and wasted money. I do not recommend this restaurant whatsoever, especially if you have any allergen concerns. They are not competent nor safe. We were regular customers ordering £50-60 worth of food 1-2 times a month if not more sometimes. They do not care about the customers. Previous owners were much better and kinder.”

  “This used to be a Chinese I have my business to a lot of. However multiple times now we have had poor food . It has either been an hour later than was said , cold food and today they cancelled my order as it was meant to arrive . Not happy with this service at all and will not be ordering from here again”

  “We've used this place for years and it's definitely changed ownership since our last order a couple of months ago, however the food was decent although it's definitely different from before, some I'd say better some I'd say worse. Order & delivery was fine for me.”

  “Booked a meal for four for collection as was xmas eve. Collection time was advised as 6.50. Was still waiting at counter 30 minutes later. At no point did the management extend their apologies but just kept taking further orders even though they knew they wouldn't deliver. When I was eventually given the food I was asked if I wanted a can of 'coke' as some sort of recompense. Told them to keep it. When initially ordering i chose mini veg spring rolls but as order was over £45 they were given free. When got home low and behold no spring rolls. What do you have to do to get a good local chinese takeaway. The fortune cookie a couple of doors away has a bad reputation regarding food hygiene. Big mention to 'the chef' in worcester park high street. Will be taking my business back to them.”
