  “I visit this place often. And it has been a hit and miss with service and depends on the day and time of the week you visit. Being clean and tables cleared up and wiped is a bare minimum and this is questionable at times. The food is good but timing and also constant asking can be a bore. Once we didnt ask about the food and they never checked up, after 1 hour of ordering we find out it was never put on the system we were given a pair of beers to compensate. Been to rhis location this week and also covent garden one. Food quality and service differs soo much in all locations. The stratford location was the worst I've been too and quality of food was very bad.”

  “Food was lovely however the customer service experience was poor. For example the gave us drinking glasses for a bottle of water we had ordered which were dirty. Then when our food was ready it sat on the serving bar ready to be delivered to our table for around 5mins whilst 3 of the staff we're having a catch-up.”

  “We went for a sunday dinner. The food was quite disappointing, either very oily or very plain not like usual wagamama food. Staff were very nice and friendly but orders were missing. We asked for pepper that never came. Then ordered ice cream and 30 minlater it still didnt come so we paid and left with no dessert.”
