  “Worst service and rude attitude. Even on eid day, with kids eating, they show such rude and arrogant attitude. Their doner got stiff hard within 10 mins of arriving, whilst eating other things it got so hard. Complained to them, that couldn't eat it,maybe it was made early and left outside whilst other food being prepared. The guys got so offended, forget giving discount, or another portion they couldn't even give apology, instead we're being so rude and aggressive in front of little kids 😝😩”

  “I must say the taste of food was perfect. But very very disappointed with the service Once we sit down Upstairs they just came with the food!!! No extra tissue, no extra plate even they Didn't ask if we need anything or not.When we saw one lady staff member we ask for extra plate,OMG! She react like She's disturbed!!??? We were 5 people they gave us 1 tissue each, seriously!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎👎highly recommended for "Bad service ". Atmosphere was ok,but in the hot weather they Didn't trun on the AC”

  “Always seen this place and been driving past from work, wanted to stop but its awkward as its on the high road. My sister got the £3.99 swarma on the last tottenham game of the season and said it was banging. Today I had the time to actually go in, asked for the £3.99 swarma. Asked if I can get it mixed, he said "Sure! £13". I said just lamb please. Gave the man a 5 note, he gave me a nugget back. I said its £3.99 nah? He said yh I said where's the penny. He said u want the penny? I said as much as u do, cost of living crisis! He took a penny out the tip tin and said here, then tried to start feeding me pennies. I said na just a 1p. I asked for lettuce, onions, chilli's, lemon, garlic and chilli sauce... this is what I got. Posting the picture of what my sister and partner got compared to mine. Lettuce weren't washed and meat was as tough as the counter they served me on. Save ur money! Save ur money and walk further for better”

  “I was in London for a week and I ate here almost every night. Everyone in the restaurant was nice and welcoming, the food was amazing. I don’t have pics of the rice pudding or Baklava but they were fresh and delicious. You won’t be disappointed.”

  “I have been a customer of this restaurant for 8 years. My husband and I eat here at least once a week. I want to say that I have absolutely no complaints. The food is incredibly delicious. (I must mention that I have eaten at many well-known Turkish restaurants, including in Turkey, which I visit often.) Nowhere has the food been as tasty as it is here. The staff are respectful and kind, and the portions are generous. The atmosphere is relaxing and you can enjoy your meal in peace. Whenever I have a special request, it is always fulfilled. The prices are much more reasonable compared to other places (and I should mention that the prices at the entrance are for take-away). I have always paid exactly what I should, and I always receive something sweet at the end. They have a covered terrace for smokers. You can choose your own table — no one assigns you a place. The bathrooms are also separate for men and women.”

  “Absolutely fantastic experience! The food was delicious — full of authentic Turkish flavors and beautifully presented. What truly made the evening exceptional was the outstanding service from our waiter, Umut. He was friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend this place and be sure to ask for Umut!”

  “During Ramadan, I visited a restaurant with a few friends to break our fast. We ordered a variety of platters and requested the waiter to serve our food five minutes before iftar, which they did. The dishes were incredibly tasty, with the kebabs being particularly juicy and the chicken kebab standing out for its delightful seasoning and flavor. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone. However, the only drawback was that they didn't provide dates for breaking the fast, and we had to purchase water separately, which could have been complimentary. The staff could have been more attentive to our needs as fasting customers. Despite this, I truly enjoyed the food and plan to return.”

  “I ordered a Chicken Caesar salad, but it came with only a few small pieces of chicken and mostly fried bread chunks that weren’t even listed on the menu. This was disappointing and not what I expected. When I asked about it, the response from the kitchen felt dismissive rather than helpful. Not a true Caesar salad and poor service experience.”
