  “I had a fantastic experience, and Gill was a big part of it. She was so warm and welcoming from the moment I arrived—really friendly and easy to talk to. She knew the menu well and was attentive without ever being intrusive. Everything came quickly, and she checked in just the right amount to make sure I was happy.   “Lovely fish and chips 9/10 for me… cooked in beef dripping. The experience personally was topped off due to a lady called Gill serving us. Cheshire Oakes . Gill was attentive very professional with some light humour. The staff all seem happy in their jobs aswell.”

  “I went on Saturday to the Cheshire oaks branch after a nice day of shopping however once we entered an took a seat suddenly there was this very cold draft, we had commented about it 3 times and even the server himself agreed but nothing was done to fix it. We’ve been to other branches but here even the food was very mediocre. The portion size was tiny and wasn’t anything special. The prices were also ridiculous, £22 for a fish that was about the same size as a small salt shaker. Wouldn’t recommended and would never come again tbh.”
