  “Took over 2 hours to deliver, after attempting to collect myself, staff were rude and unhelpful. Once the food did finally arrive, it was like warm and items missing. They didn’t offer to drop off the missing items, just ‘we will give them free next time’ even tho we have already paid for them ?”

  “Waited one and half hours for delivery chicken korma thick and stodgy with chicken dry and hard, chicken tikka palatable but both meals cold if lived closer I would of returned them both ,will not order again so disappointed as was told good takeaway.”

  “DON’T ORDER FOR DELIVERY! Ordered just after 7 with an estimate of delivery within 45-60 minutes. Immediately updated post acceptance to 60-75 minutes. At 8.45, I finally rang chasing, and it eventually arrived 15 minutes later. Food like samosas, pakora, chips etc. was ridiculously soggy/non-fresh, and had evidently been kept contained under a heat lamp for a long time. Curry wasn’t bad but rest was horrific. Chose here for the convenience of paying online, which certain other establishments don’t offer, but won’t be making that mistake again. Might be fine with collection, but there’s better places if doing that anyway.”

  “Very poor main course. Makhani and Tikka Masala same overly coconut sauce except Madala was bright red and Makhani appeared to have grated cheese on top! Shame as chicken pakoras were good.”

  “No atmosphere but this is a takeaway so wouldn't really expect there to be. The service was great, despite there being a wait, they informed you when ordering about the wait and apologised and tried really hard to get food ready really quickly. The food however in my opinion wasn't that great, which is a shame. Our garlic naan was doughy and didn't taste of garlic. I ordered a chilli rice, but recieved pilau. We ordered jalfrezi and karahi, both didn't actually taste of anything, quite bland. The sauces were a bit watery and there was no spice heat in either. The chicken was chewy. Overall, disappointed with the food but the service was good.”

  “Having ordered from here on several occasions before and not had a problem. So thought I d pre-order for 6.30 delivery placed the order on the app and saved 10% well I wish I had nt starters where good and tasty however the mains were a disaster mainly sauce very little meat and the fried rice was disgusting definitely gone downhill no freebies poppadoms mango chutney etc. perhaps you don’t with discount but would rather for go discount and get a nice quality meal won’t be using again. It also did nt arrive till after 7 pm”

  “Have ordered from here a few times previously and the food is lovely. However, my review is based upon the service. I ordered my meal tonight at 7:20 and my delivery slot was between 8:05-8:20. I called at 8:40 as it had not yet arrived, and the lady told me it would be 10 minutes. Fair enough, it’s a Saturday night - I appreciate they are busy! 9:20 I called again to ask where my food was, to be told it would be with me in 15 minutes… an hour and a half over my delivery time! My order finally arrived at 9:40pm. Really unacceptable service I’m afraid to say.”
