  “Tried little Italy on a busy Friday night when the airshow was on. The staff were brilliant, very helpful and attentive Absolutely no complaints there. There was also a good vibe. However, my pizza base was like none I've eaten before. It was certainly thin and like a biscuit. I couldn't fault the toppings. 3 other meals were good. Shame about the pizza base though.”

  “Service was quick may be cause we were the only guest at the moment. Pizza was a real disappointment to me It was a very small dry and tasteless pizza :) I was expecting much much more from the pizza I know it was OG thin crust pizza but extremely dry and tastless 1/5 Lasagna was okay but i don’t know even after 3 hours i was getting bad burps :/ 2/5 Overall a bit disappointing experience Although staff were nice and welcoming.”

  “We visited this wonderful restaurant while spending time by the sea with a friend, and it was a truly lovely experience. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed very warmly and made to feel at home. The food was absolutely delicious – we had the lasagna, and it was one of the best we have tasted. The owner, who is Italian, was incredibly kind and genuine. He even treated us to a complimentary cocktail, which made our visit even more special. The atmosphere was warm, friendly, and inviting. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for great food, excellent hospitality, and a place to enjoy a wonderful time. We will definitely come back.”

  “We visited Little Italy today. We always come here when we visit Eastbourne for the weekend. We were greeted by a pleasant atmosphere, and they brought us bruschetta—which, as always, was delicious—and the best pizza we’ve had in Eastbourne. The place was packed, but the service was great. We’ll definitely be back.”

  “This was one of the most uncomfortable dining experiences I have had in a long time. The staff were polite, hardworking, and attentive throughout my visit. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for management. During my time at the restaurant, I witnessed what appeared to be a hostile and disrespectful interaction between the boss and members of the kitchen staff. It was loud, aggressive, and completely inappropriate to take place in front of customers. The food was also inconsistent. While the pasta arrived quickly and tasted good, the pizza was disappointing. The crust was burnt, the wait was longer than expected, and the final product did not justify the delay. What bothered me most was not the food, but the atmosphere. No employee deserves to be treated disrespectfully while simply doing their job. The staff were kind and professional despite the situation, which made the incident even more upsetting to witness. I hope management reflects on how their behaviour affects both employees and customers, because respect in the workplace matters just as much as the food being served. This happened on the 30th of may.”

  “Exactly what you want from a family-run restaurant. We visited Little Italy on a busy Saturday evening without a reservation, and despite the crowd, the staff managed to squeeze us in with a smile. If you’re looking for ultra-modern, minimalist fine dining, this isn't it, and that’s exactly why it works. It’s warm, a bit noisy in a good way, and feels like it’s been there forever.”

  “We had such a lovely time at Little Italy in Eastbourne with our family and our dog. The atmosphere was fantastic, with great music playing that made the whole evening feel really special. The pizza and pasta were absolutely amazing, fresh, full of flavour and some of the best we’ve had! The staff were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming, made us all feel right at home. A perfect spot for families (and dogs!) we’ll definitely be back again soon. Thank you for such a wonderful evening”

  “Had a great time here last week. Well decorated Restaurant with music that creates a great atmosphere. Friendly and warming staff. Everything about this places let's you know it's an authentic Italian restaurant. Incredible selection of food and drinks, especially on the cocktail menu. Despite this the value for money you get here is great! Would highly recommend to anyone on any occasion.”

  “We visited Little Italy tonight and had a wonderful dining experience. We ordered the vegetarian pizza and fish fillets, and both dishes were absolutely delicious! The pizza was full of fresh, flavorful ingredients, and the fish fillets were perfectly cooked—crispy on the outside and tender inside. The service was just as impressive. The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for great food and a relaxed, pleasant atmosphere. We’ll definitely be coming back!”
