  “This is got to have been the WORST dominos experience I’ve ever had! I ordered a pizza , chicken strips and cookies, my pizza had no cheese on my order due to allergies , when I collected my order (which I stood in the shop for 15 minutes even after the notification to say it was ready ) I got home to realise my pizza had cheese on it, the wrong base sauce and all the wrong toppings! I ordered this at 8pm, I rang the restaurant back up and explained and was told my order would be sent out again free of charge and correct , I have now waited 2 and a half hours from my original order time and still haven’t received the food , they told me it was on the way and send the delivery driver the wrong way ! Absolutely shocking service to be honest do NOT order from this domino’s .”

  “Ordered pizza and the driver sat on the street over from mine for about 15 minutes before delivering it. I went out to meet him but he drove away before I got to him. Pizza was cold because of this. Customer service won't help me because I did not call the store. Why would I, when I could literally see him? Never again.”

  “I am a regular customer at this place. I ordered a pizza yesterday which was really oily and was unable to eat it. It gave us stomach aches and other problem. Very disappointed with the food . Never ordering again.”

  “Popped in to collect my order and it was ready right on time. The staff greeted me with a smile, and everything was piping hot and packed perfectly. Super smooth experience—easy, quick, and tasty!”

  “delivery was prompt but large garlic dips were forgotten this happened last time too. Very frustrating as you pay for these and I actually don’t enjoy my pizza or sides without them. The delivery driver said he’d get some sent straight out but it was still 40 mins which meant the food was cold. We understand that it would take time to get them sent back out but it’s very frustrating as we paid almost £50 and couldn’t eat it fresh and had to reheat. No apology from dominos when I called to check they were coming with the sauces and nothing in way of an apology for the inconvenience when the 2 large dips were redelivered - not even an extra free dip! Won’t be using dominos again in the near future too expensive for disappointing service.”

  “This Domino used to be brilliant. Not any more. Charge for delivery. Delivery is always slow. Never any deals. I ended up with a thin crust pizza and paid for double cheese, this doesn't even look like single cheese. Over proofed dough to top it off. I won't order again here.”

  “Very disappointed! I have been broken down outside the Durham north road branch for almost 5 hrs waiting for RAC. I have bought food from them earlier. Just asked if I can buy a drink from them (the counter closed at 10.30, but deliver until 2am) Told no, but told I could order one for delivery (delivery is £1.50) Staff tried to help (thankyou), manager said no. I am right outside your door.”

  “The food here is really good, and works really well with delivery. However, if you opt for the delivery option it can be extremely expensive. Whereas, if you opt for the collection then you can find yourself some really good deals. The down side is that the service seems to be very unorganised and chaotic when collecting. By the time they realise you're there and waiting to collect, the pizza is almost cold!”
