Customer Review Summary
Friendly staff and fresh, well-cooked food draw the praise, with some describing fast service. Cleanliness is the recurring complaint: several describe filthy toilets, one reporting no toilet roll and brown sinks, another a toilet not working. One also found tables dirty and cheese and papers on the floor. One took their food back to the coach to eat, saying it was at least clean.

“Nous avons pris à manger à emporter et sommes passés aux toilettes du KFC. La nourriture était plutôt bonne mais les lieux étaient extrêmement sales, en particulier les WC qui étaient absolument immondes.”

“My son and i visited here last sunday as we were on a coach trip and on way home bus stopped here for food i was disgusted at the filthy toilets, tables were filthy and floor was a mess off cheese and papers. We waited over 30 mins for our food due to a technical problem on the board had to reorder then decide to use the toilet which had no toilet roll and the sinks were brown with grime i have never experienced anything so disgusting so had to run back to our coach to eat the food which was at least clean so store definatly needs a good steam clean and will not be going back !!!!”
