  “Overall, this McDonald’s is a decent spot for a quick meal. The restaurant is usually clean, the service is fast, and the familiar menu makes it easy to grab something you know you’ll like. That said, my experience has been a bit mixed. While some items (like fries and certain burgers) have been hot and tasty, on a couple of visits other food arrived cold or felt quite tasteless, which was disappointing given the price. Staff were polite and the order was correct, but I hope the kitchen can be more consistent with temperature and seasoning. When everything’s right, it’s a solid McDonald’s; when it’s not, it noticeably affects the experience.”

  “The food was true to McDonald's menu, enjoyed our burgers, fries, ice creams, sodas and wraps, the kids loved their happy meals with the toy inside. The service was fast enough despite the peek period and the atmosphere was one of kids and family, lots of smiles. Clean and comfy seating arrangements.”

  “My experience with Camperdown McDonald’s was a remarkable journey that began long before I received any food. Upon arriving with two friends, we approached the ordering kiosk only to be informed that we would have to leave because we were under the age of 25. I initially assumed this was a joke, a social experiment, or perhaps an unusually strict nightclub policy. However, it soon became apparent that the instruction was entirely serious. To our credit, we cooperated and left without complaint, though I remain impressed that ordering a Big Mac now apparently requires an age bracket more commonly associated with car insurance discounts. Refusing to let this setback derail my noble quest for 20 Chicken McNuggets and chips, I later placed a delivery order from the very same restaurant. If the earlier experience was disappointing, the food itself demonstrated a commendable commitment to consistency. Upon arrival, the chips had all the warmth and enthusiasm of a damp November evening in Dundee. The nuggets were technically warmer, but only in the sense that they had not yet reached room temperature. The phrase “freshly prepared” felt more like a historical reference than a description of the meal I received. In summary, I was denied entry, exiled in pursuit of nuggets, and eventually rewarded with food that appeared to have completed its own lengthy journey before reaching my doorstep. One star. The extra star I was considering awarding for perseverance is currently being delivered and will likely arrive cold.”

  “I travel frequently for work so use Maconalds drive thru facilities up and down the country, so I have a fair sample size for comparison. This is without doubt one of the very worst I have ever used, staff are rude, they under fill on their drinks and the whole vibe of the place is just bad. Avoid if possible.”

  “We stopped there during our long way home to grab something to eat. As soon I entered I wanted to run away. Unfortunately it was after midnight and not many options available, so we ordered the meals. We were waiting 20 min, even the restaurant was almost empty. But the worst was the mess around. I was almost sick looking at uncleaned tables and there was no place to sit. Nobody cleaned it for the whole time we were waiting for our meal. We ate in the car. I'm not planning to visit this place again.”

  “Ordered on just eat few days ago. Food was freezing and chips had about 5 in each and half the order was wrong anyway. Mind you I spent £30+ on this. Tried to phone and no answer and just decided to take food back myself as I just wanted it replaced really. Guy on headset sounded like he didn’t even want to talk to me I asked for a manager and he basically said wasn’t his problem and to take it up with just eat and wouldn’t offer any compensation or nothing even after I had asked. Place is shite tbh don’t waste ur money here. Service is awful and staff are just brain dead. They were rude to me and havnt even heard back from just eat for a refund even though I asked days ago and it’s near impossible to get hold of McDonald’s head office either. Beyond raging as I had to go somewhere else to get food and spend another £25 as my family still had to eat. Whoever is running that place needs to get their staff back in line”
