  “Had a lovely lunch at Bella Italia served by Dom - an absolute professional and friendly server. Nothing was too much trouble even down to suggesting serving the sauce on the side when asked for no sauce. She took the time to understand our requirements and made suggestions to elevate our experience. Food was tasty and we throughly enjoyed our visit.”

  “This experience was reallly good. Our server Alex was so so sweet and kind and very communicative. He was really enthusiastic and nice to talk to! The food was amazing and we enjoyed our time and it truly made my 19th birthday. Oh and the cookie dough was BOMB!!!”

  “Me and my other half came yesterday and i could see it was busy and you can understand things taking a little longer than normal but ww waited ages to be seated and even customers that was sitting down kept looking and maybe thinking theyve been waiting a.while but finally got seated ans then ordered.food was fine and nice as it always is there. But i couldnt believe how much you charge for a glass of coke over £5 for a coke!!!!! That.is crazy i get your a buisness making money but thats a bit bad to be honest.like i say food was fine service could be better the girl who did look after.us when seated was nice. But you do need.more staff on sundays.”

  “I came here for my 21st with a big group and I cannot praise my waitress enough. I was served by a lovely lady Leanne, she was so attentive and polite. Made the whole experience so delightful, she made sure everything was perfect for us and I cannot thank her enough for making my birthday so easy! Such an amazing member of staff, a real credit to the team! The restaurant had a lovely atmosphere and the staff were all lovely, including the robots! Will definitely be back again!! Thank you!”

  “We had the absolute privilege of having our first meal as a married couple at this restaurant ( He had the signature Lasagne, I had the beef in red wine tortellini) . Whilst the food was absolutely delicious (as always!) All praise must be heaped upon our server, Dom. She was so lovely, chatty and recommended the app (which my phone rebelled at unfortunately). She served us very quickly and with such a warm, lovely manner it really helped us relax into the evening. Thank you so much Dom for making our evening great!”

  “Me and my daughter came in tonight for some food together after a very long week at work/school I decided to treat us both and it was definitely a treat. The food was delicious and came out within a great time frame. The staff and the service was amazing! A special mention to Lilly and Matt they was so kind to both of us and happy to help us and have a chit chat which was definitely needed :) We also loved the robot they have and Matt was able to let me daughter give it a little pet which was so kind! We can’t wait to come again and definitely my little one’s new fav.”

  “We visited less than 2 weeks from Christmas on a Saturday. The restaurant was taking walk-ins, but we had booked. We were quickly seated but despite my disability we weren't asked if the table was suitable, i did manage to get up the step. We were left for over 20 mins before our drinks order was taken. They were very busy but seemed very understaffed. The food came about 30 mins after we had ordered. I ordered the burger, it wasn't anything special, and serving size was small. The cocktail was okay, I had a strawberry daiquiri, my daughter had a cocktail which she said was okay, both were pricey but again nothing special.”

  “Great family-friendly restaurant! We took our kids to Bella Italia in Dudley, and they absolutely loved it. The staff were brilliant with them, and the atmosphere was really relaxed. The adult meals were also delicious, and we kids meals I felt it was good value for money. Definitely a good spot for a family meal out.”
